Very Reliable – Very reliable and honest staff. My a/c broke on probably one of the hottest days in Woodland Hills. The technician came within an hour after I made the call and fixed the problem and at a very reasonable price!! Thank you very much and I highly recommend West Coast Chief Repair!
Couldn't Ask For More – Aug 28, 2010. I had a refridgerator failure during last weeks heat wave. It was a ten year old, expensive Kitchenaid. Kitchenaid basically said that it was unrepairable because the serial # was missing so it would be impossible to get parts. I found West Coast online and they called me back in 30 SECONDS!!! Thats at 10 o'clock at night. Their man, Vladimir, came the next morning. He diagnosed it as a fan problem, found the part #, got the part and installed it for under $300. Shows up on time – Wow, my experience couldn't be more different than a lot of people here. I thought my pilot light went out in my oven. I waited for the gas company to come and relight it, and when the guy showed up, he told me that it had an electric ignition switch, and that I would have to call an actual repairman. Since I had already taken time off work for this thing, I found West Coast online and they even had a same day appointment available. Reasonably priced – I've had them come out on several occasions as they are the company that my home warranty contracts with to do our repairs. I've never had any issue with them. They show up on time. The repairs are reasonably priced. My home warranty expired 6 months ago and I had them come out to fix my dryer today, so I had to actually pay this time. They got the repair done quickly and professionally and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I know they have different service people for different jobs in various loc... read more

Like the Jews Said....NEVER AGAIN – This company is the biggest joke in this city. Never have I been greeted by a technician who confronts me with hostility as soon as I open the door. I felt like I was about to be whacked. To top it all off they either don't know how to fix a problem or simply don't care. This could possibly be some sort of organized crime laundering money through a cover business. Do not let these people in your house !!!

The Worst Service... Will not come back! Save your money. – If I can give this place "0" stars I would. Perhaps the worst customer service I've experienced in business. They sent a technician twice to our house to repair my mobile air conditioning unit. The first time, they found nothing wrong with the unit "not cooling". So the 2nd time they finally realized that it was not cooling so they took the unit and said that it would be repaired and brought back within 3 days.
