Both dispatcher and technician were polite and professional. Repairman diagnosed problem and was honest about cost/benefit. Work was performed quickly and the entire area was left clean. I will use WCCR again.

He was prompt. Got right to the problem, fixed it and charged a fair price. I would use him again
As a management company that we are, we always deal with different service professionals. However, the service professional sent by West Coast Chief was polite, friendly and knowledgeable and took care of our tenant in a speedy manner, promptly. He communicated the procedure and worked with moving heavy obstacles without any complaining and handled the situation timely and smoothly. We will continue giving them all our appliance business for the many buildings and houses we are currently managing. Keep up the good work.
RIPOFF the worst don't do it – Repairman told me with a big smile " you need a new pump and motor". About $400 with the so called discount coupon. My dishwasher was less than two years old. All he did was turn it on. Called the factory and they reccomeded another company. Short story is that they came out today and it was the inlet valve @ $32! West coast wanted $200 now and could not fix it until next week. The factory company had the part and fixed today. Don't waste money or time on these guys. I read the great reviews on... read more
