Happy Customer – I was away on business when my wife informed me that our heater quit working. With a 2 month old in the house, having a working heater has suddenly become very important. I googled for heater repair in Sherman oaks and came across West Coast Chief company. While on the phone with them, I explained the problem and the urgency of my situation. Unlike the other company they told me they could get the part right after the weekend and could install the next day and that is what happened. The other company on this site and the one that came out from the Home Warranty company told me it would be at least 5-10 days to get the part.
Guys at West coast chief repair is the wonderful! Both managers (Erin and Michael) called me within 20 mins of submitting my request and their guy showed up next day. They look at my problem and it turned out it is a job can be done in 2 mins. So the service people fixed the problem and walked away without charging us - will definitely do with business with them again!
