I have begged my new management company KMK Management to choose ANY other repair company than this one because they have been a nightmare. We've gone through this historic heatwave with no AC unit for the past 31 days, and they have dragged their feet at every step of this process, from "cleaning" our wall unit to fix it even though it did nothing, to taking weeks to get a replacement unit approved, to yesterday when we were finally supposed to have a new unit installed when two guys showed up at the very end of the day wit... read more

Mae was great, followed up thoroughly and made sure everything went smoothly. Had a broken whirlpool washer and they brought it back to life, thank you!
For heating repair, they have come to only look at the heater 4 times now and still have done nothing to fix it. Expecting people to just miss work for them to show up and do nothing, waste of my time off. Then for the A/C a guy came, turned it on and off and left within 2 minutes. Did nothing to investigate the actual problem as reported.
