Just wanted to say that these guys were complete gentlemen and very professional. That means so much to me and made me comfortable about letting strangers into my home.
Things got a little hairy yesterday when the sink got clogged and coughed back up some interesting stuff. West Coast Chief Repair came out and fixed it asap. Turns out my child had put something down the drain he shouldn’t have. Very good.
Have used this company a few times already. Helpful customer service, on-time arrival (very important for my schedule), knowledgeable and friendly service, flawless execution. Thumbs up!!!!!!!

I had my dryer reparied. Yugin (spelling may be incorrect) was very helpful. He got the job done efficiently and right away. In addition, the cost to repiar was within budget.
Paul was polite and explained what he had to do in order to get my acceptance. He then did the work in a clean, quiet fast way.
Excellent service. My washing machine was repaired and the technician found the problem without having to replace an expensive part.
The service tech came out on time on a holiday 4th of July. Test my Air Condition an found the problem due to the summer plan unit the was install by Edison of SC they by past the unit and the unit fire up. Thanks I would use them again
