Dishonest - Bad Services - Bad Customer Service – We are a rental company and have used West Coast Chief Repair several times. They offer a lot of services. However, the scheduling and follow through with appointments is never good. They always have some excuse as to why they are not able to make the appointment. ...9 times out of 10 they haven't shown up in the time they scheduled, canceled or rescheduled the appointment 15 minutes before the time slot they gave. Very Polite – Technician came on time, very polite. He identified the problem, had the parts available to replace it and fixed the problem in a fairly short period of time

I own a 45-year-old Furnace and wanted to know if it was still safe to use. I left a message on the Service Magic Web Site for a Furnace checkup. Within 3 minutes I received a call from Michael at West Coast Chief Repair. I explained to Michael that I wanted a serviceman to check the air output for Carbon Monoxide. efficient & knowledgeable – I called on a Saturday, even with a time restriction (I had to leave by 3). They said "no problem" and Sergey showed up at my door around 2:15, even with a call 30 minutes before to let us know he was on his way! Sergey was fast, efficient, and knowledgeable, as well as very professional and kind. He fixed our problem in our washer, and then even got a bump out of the exterior of the machine for us! Great service, prompt! Thanks so much Sergey!

Worked Perfectly – Aug 28, 2010. I had a refridgerator failure during last weeks heat wave. It was a ten year old, expensive Kitchenaid. Kitchenaid basically said that it was unrepairable because the serial # was missing so it would be impossible to get parts. I found West Coast online and they called me back in 30 SECONDS!!! Thats at 10 o'clock at night. Their man, Vladimir, came the next morning. He diagnosed it as a fan problem, found the part #, got the part and installed it for under $300. Courteous – Great service, Put a query up on ServiceMagic for a/c repair and they called me with an immediate appointment before I could log off computer. Eugene was courteous, knowledgeable and explained everything. We were dealing with a 20 year old central system in 105 degree weather so I knew I ran the risk of being held hostage to any b.s. thanks to your team – the Cheif A/C repairman came out yesterday to diagnose my air cond. problem and again today to fix it. He and his assistant brought a new Rheem condensor to replace my old one that had failed, which was obviously the problem. The new part turned out to be a defective one and instead of canceling the job or putting it off (on a Friday) till the next week waiting for a part, they drove miles to get an available replacement, returned and had us up and running by nightfall.
