Home Waranties Are a Big Mistake – Where do I start? The first mistake I made was signing up for a home warranty with Total Protect Home Warranty through my mortgage company. 2 for 2, reliable A/C repair company! – One of our 5 ton A/C units broke down about a month ago and we had West Coast Chief come out to fix it. It was a complicated repair but they know what they’re doing – the unit was fixed in 2 days (required 3 trips). People at West Coast were also very understanding. West Coast Chief Repair are my Heroes!! – My central air conditioning went on a fritz, I called an air conditioning repair from yellow pages, when technician came out he mentioned that the coil tubing and condenser have to be replaced and it will cost me $1700.00. Smart Repair Guy - Great Refrigerator Repair – My whirlpool refrigerator was leaking, constantly running and making noise. Food inside the refrigerator portion was not keeping cool. Tech came out - found a tare in the door gasket (rubber seal between the fridge and the door). Had a replacement part in his truck. He replaced the gasket and gave us some tips on how to help keep the fridge cool during hot summers and showed us how to clean the condenser coils which helps with conserving electricity. used refrigerator purchased by West Coast blew out fuse – i'm open to the possibility of replacing the used refrigerator but i wish they would offer me the option of getting my money back. sure they can charge me for transportation and the visit but at least give an option, right? for now they get a poor rating, but if they give me a better refrigerator and it lasts past a few months, then I'll come back and change it. but for now I'm not happy at all.
