I am highly disappointed in Wells Fargo, I’ve had a credit card with them for quite some time. Upon logging onto my account I realized my credit limit has been decreased drastically. This account is always paid on time, etc. I’ve never had this happen with any of my cards as everything is always in good standing. I will absolutely no longer use this card or bank with them any further.

Wells Fargo created an account in my name by taking money out of a checking account. This account is labeled as a Wells Fargo’s Advisors solutions. No one could ever explain it to me. It wasn’t a lot of money then they took half the money for fees. And just recently took the rest. Nothing compared to another Advisors Solutions account my wife received when her father died. I just noticed that Wells Fargo charged $12.50 to transfer $25 from my daughters' savings account to her checking account in order to cover her account going negative due to using her debit card. In today's technology advanced world, I cannot imagine why this should cost so much other than this is the typical money grab by large corporations from those that can barely afford to get by. I think that Wells Fargo is racist and do not respect customers. I started my relation with Wells Fargo on November 28 1983. The called Bank of Virginia, Signet, First Union, Wachovia and Wells Fargo. My checking account # is the same for 36 years. I have Perfect Credit by wife also. We were denied Credit for a Propel CC. We have never been denied Credit any where. Our Present Credit rating in 7 different sites is 823 the lowest 837 the highest.. Our credit Utilization is 3%. I will NEVER EVER bank with WellsFargo again in my life. I went to a bank 20 minutes from my house and USED AN AUTHORIZATION CODE FROM MY APP that I had to request MYSELF. I was even LOGGED INTO MY ACCOUNT. I had HUNDREDS of dollars in my account, AND THEY DENIED MY ACCESS. AND THE STUPID IDIOT ON THE PHONE REFUSED TO HELP ME EVEN THO I VERIFIED MYSELF THRU TEXT SEVERAL times!!!!!! I WAS LEFT STRANDED with SIX children with NO ACCESS to MY FREAKING MONEY!!! Closed my account ASAP and went to THE BETTER BANK, usaa!!!!!

I pulled in to the drive up area of the bank, which all had green lights showing they were open, I pushed the call teller button twice and sat there for about 5 min and did not get a response. I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER THERE, so it’s not like they were helping someone else. I drove all the way back around the building and went to a different line and waited another 5 mins and saw a girl run from THE BACK to come help me. I am in utter disappointment with Wells Fargo . Starting with their customer service phone line. I’ve been a loyal customer. I was going through hardship at the time which weld Fargo was well aware of because I was keeping very consistent communication with them to avoid a reposition of my vehicle.
