I transferred money out of my account to close my account, then requested the account be closed. I was then charged for a low balance, despite my account being in the closing process.

These people should be shut down they close accounts for no reason. Then they say that ATM cards are reported lost or stolen and the customers have no knowledge of doing that. They are the worst bank in America.

Well lets see, I have been with the bank for 10 years now and currently absolutely livid. Over the last month and a half I have had multiple fraudulent warnings on my account and have had an excess of 5 new debit cards IN A MONTH. Now as frustrating as that is that is still not my justification for this review. Multiple times my card has been deemed compromised and canceled - unbeknownst to me. See the problem here? wells fargo made a sign on their door to call and make a appointment to handle your affairs so I made a appointment for april 10th at 930 am to get a money order. some lady called me on april 9th around 3 and wanted to know why I wanted to visit their branch so I told her and then she said I had to use the drive through but never asked if I was able to go to drive through example did I have a car or was disable their excuse was to limit customers inside their branch due to covid 19, how ever I had a appointment 2 weeks befor... read more

Tried to refinance my auto loan through Wellsfargo. Applied in Nov. of 2019 and was approved. Worked with one person to refinance. The last document I needed to provide I called Wellsfargo to ask to email to the person I was working with to refinance. A Wellsfargo associate gave me an email address to send a sensitive document too. Wells Fargo somehow has not been shut down. There is a level of incompetence unparalled throughout this organization. I have been calling every other month to deal with their ineptitude at maintaining basic systems like automatic payments. Every other month I am calling to manually pay a balance because automatic pay never works. They keep no track of their customer call records and are more than happy to put a customer on their past due line even when there is a record of failed compliance on their part with partnering with... read more

Wellsfargo is a SCAM. I transferred money to India 2 months ago. There are two cases open with Wells Fargo to get the money back. It never reached the target bank and its not in my account. They have been on this case for more than 60 days and they don't know where my money is. There was no error on my part and this is solely their error. I've been trying to refinance this since before COVID so that reason is not applicable. This is now getting ridiculous and I 'm starting to think Wells Fargo are making it so difficult to refinance because you want to keep the PMI. Wells Fargo CEO is a liar. Due to this coronavirus situation he told our government that wellsfargo will suspend all loans and mortgages for 90 days. So we did in account message and the rep didn't know what I was talking about.
