Their the worst group of bankers on this planet. Setting up their practices to ensure the little guy ends up with as many fees as possible. $35 nsf fees for transfers from my own savings to my own checking! It's criminal. They are thieves!

Shady mortgage practices, wish that I never refinanced with them. They are never available to take calls, lie about services. No wonder they were sued for their mortgage issues. They told me that I needed to pay for an appraisal and charged me $500 without checking if they were able to push through with a waiver. Turns out they were with a charge of $80 and was told that I would receive the money back at closing. I've been a member since 2004. I've been stuck at the gas station with no money because they froze my account due to activity they didn't think was me and when I verified it WAS me they couldn't release funds until the following Monday when my local branch was open, I lodged a complaint about activity on my account without my permission and they denied refunding any of the money or the over draft fees and logging on to their website doesn't recognize password, reset it twice and both times the new password isn't recognized. ... read more

** ******* Recently my account with Wells Fargo was compromised. A compliant/ investigation was filed as instructed by the associates of Wells Fargo, There was no way the investigation could have been conducted and completed efficiently. Wells Fargo provided no justification as to why they received the information and decided in the thief's favor and not return the funds denying my request to return my funds has been denied. I went in the Statesboro branch to speak to the manager and was really brushed off as if my issues wasn’t even important. I have been a loyal customer with this bank for years and to be treated that way was very upsetting to me. I have been calling since June 25 trying to get a banking issues resolved and it have yet to be addressed. I filed a claim with them on a charge that was already taken care of. Initially a company charged my Wells Fargo account and was not supposed to so the company reversed the charge after I filed the claim and spoke with the company. So I was reimbursed the money. Then for some reason, Wells Fargo decided to recharge me. This time they wanted proof that it was taken care of. Ok. For the past 2 years we have been fighting with Wells Fargo Home Mtg since Hurricane Harvey destroyed our home. They are holding 80 000 on restricted escrow, a resolution was made in June to put ins funds toward mortgage but we had to dismiss our Chapter 13 to release Wells Fargo from our bankruptcy which we had only 9 months left in our chapter 13. I recently was told by a Wells Online Representative I would receive a refund to my account for a fraudulent purchase through Zelle from Wells Fargo.
