All the other reviews are accurate this bank is trash since their commission scandal all they do now is look for ways to steal a few bucks from you without you noticing till it's too late to complain.

Wells Fargo has been modifying transaction dates to ensure deposits occur the day after withdrawals. They are doing this so that they can charge $35 per transaction overdraft fees. This has been happening for years. Beware of these illegal activities.

Wells Fargo is by far THE WORST BANK CORPORATION. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BANKS WITH THEM. THERE IS ALWAYS PROBLEMS WITH THEM. AND THEY LITERALLY MAKE LIFE 100 TIMES MORE STRESSFUL.

Over draft fees left and right. They charge over draft fees for bills before you the customer is even aware the charge was taken out. The latest one I was met with was. "So I ended the day with $75?" Yes "But I got charged an overdraft fee from a purchase from yesterday even though my ending balance was $75?" Yes "Why?" I paid off my car loan on May 1st 2019 (2 years early) and was told by Wells Fargo Dealer Services they would release the title on May 8th..hmmm I guess I can live with that. I ask how they will send it and they tell me regular mail (NOT OVERNIGHT OR AT LEAST TRACKABLE PRIORITY MAIL??) I figure i'll get the title at least by May 13th. Side note: 1st class mail flow should take 3-4 days from just about any remote area in the continental US (sorry thats just the 25 years of being a mailman coming out). Terrible customer service. Terrible account policies. Due a deposit made, a hold was put on my account for all my funds which put my account in the negative after making transaction after being informed I had a positive balance. My account has not been over drawn since I was 20 and I am now 31 and livid. There is no explanation of why my account became negative nor were they willing to help or follow up with me. Just shows they do not care and will take your money like a theif in the night.

If I could give them a zero, I would. This is the worse bank ever and needs to be closed down. They allowed someone to steal money from me, and CHOSE not to reimburse my money. Why reopen claims if they are issuing the same results? This bank will not prosper.

Wells Fargo bank do not open a account there : none or there banks in Minnesota have enough money to cash a 30,000 dollar check that is issued from Wells Fargo !! They literally processed my check and then said they don’t have the money !! Are you kidding me 30,000 isn’t nothing these days I bank at old national bank and numerous times very large amounts of money and never been a week long wait . Just think twice about banking there cause obviously the money is being used and tied up !!
