Worst bank ever!!! No customer service, system is down half of the day, and their reps are rude. As soon as I get a chance I will be changing banks.

I had an account that has been closed & settled with them that was reported to the credit bureaus wrong. I called their office multiple times over a month to let them know this and they continued telling me that someone would call me back, which never happened. As I continued to look into my credit, I noticed there was a balance reporting on this "settled" account. When transferring my Loan to ******** Loan Service and it is due to my mothers passing I was assigned a Tin and when it transferred I get a regular account number. and my APR went from 2% fixed to a 4.87% and from no prepayment penalty to Yes prepayment penalty. I am looking to get this all fixed or if a lawyer can look into this

First we had a bank account set up with Wells Fargo and they took over $200 of our money and when i called them they saw it was taken but they didn't know where the money had gone. After multiple hour long calls with various different people we kept hitting dead ends and closed our account and given up. My husband is active duty military and gone for long periods of time with no way of contacting him about his credit cards or different types of accounts. This is the most unethical company in America. I had a house fire and lost everything. After reading reviews about the property’s loss dept. I got it approved to have the insurance check be endorsed by them and sent back to me to handle the contractor payments. Upon them receiving the check they sent it back saying they won’t do that. Been going through the resolution process with them and still keep getting lied to about what was approved even tho they say all is recorded. Once again, Wells Fargo is manipulating accounts to generate huge revenue through fees. I have been waiting now 3 days to access my paycheck funds that were mobile deposited to WF, I don't understand why it is taking this long. I reach out and the explanation is not valid, it is a run around. I can see the money sitting in the account, and I can also see overdrafts as auto payments accumulate. Worst customer service on the planet. They will do everything they can to get money and don't care about their customers. I will never use Wells Fargo again after I get my account issues taken care of. They have all given me different answers and no one has closed my account yet because they keep making excuses to keep it open. They have been HORRIBLE to work with and I will never use them again and I will advise everyone else to choose a different bank.

I did a Transfer through *****to a Wrong Account I called Wells Fargo to Inform them of the mistake I was told by A *** that ***** and WellsFargo Are 2 separate entities that I would have to call *****...She gives me the number to ***** and the Very first thing On *****’s recording states “IF YOUR COMPLAINT IS ASSSOCIATED WITH ***** FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT THAT I WOULD HAVE TO CALL MY BANK” I feel like I’m playing tennis and I still don’t have this resolved.
