I originally was interested in a home equity loan to consolidate debt. The mortgage sales person said that it would be better if I refinanced. That it would save me money in the long run and shorten my mortgage. I was approved right away. The process started out easy. Uploading information to Wells Fargo's my loan tracker. Once that was done, I was given a new loan officer. I paid for the appraisal, even though it was included in my original loan documents from Wells Fargo (Did I pay twice?). The appraisal was a company of t... read more

I stopped banking with WF after a few issues with their online banking, but I have always loved the company. Now I am not a member, and ******refused to send my refund to my new bank - and WF rejected their return attempt. So I got on the phone with both companies, and ******hung up on us (again) from the conference call. The WF representative, **** ****, then handled EVERYTHING. I am so glad I was transferred to his line. He is wonderful. Thank you.

I am sick and tired of the atm highlighting what I do most often. Am I a two year old that needs to be shown what I do most often. This bank is a joke. But then again, its not my machine, so I guess they can do what they want. LOL

I have had a credit card account with Wells Fargo since 1999. I have paid my bills in a timely manor for 20 years and they have made substantial proceeds from my continued business over the last 20 years. They have closed my account without any notice and refuse to provide a reason. The biggest problem that I have with the company as that they have chosen to “take back” my award points that I have on the account. Of course, they state that it is their right according to the “FINE PRINT” and that as a 20 year customer I have ... read more

I recently purchased a vehicle and sadly got stuck with Wells Fargo as my loan company. I set up an automatic payment through my bank to pay several days early with extra money each month. Apparently, they assume that extra money being paid shouldn't be applied to the principle and instead were holding onto it for the next month's payment each time. Why would someone pay extra for the next month? I called to get this fixed and the person I spoke with was extremely rude and constantly tried to take to tone of, "well you just ... read more

Tell my why this bank charges you for "excess activity fee" charged me THREE TIMES fifteen dollars each and then sends the email stating they're charging me. My husband and I have been banking with them for seven years. I am so livid.

I was scammed and made a police report and immediately informed this bank. I was working part time for an industry and was paid in fake checks. Not only did all those checks come back, but the scammers got my actually money also. I called Wells Fargo multiple times to close this account because of the fraud, and to make sure nothing could be pulled or deposited into that account. Each time, I was ASSURED that nothing would post to the account, and if so, it would be returned. Unfortunately before I was scammed, I had already... read more

Wells Fargo’s online banking is unavailable for long periods of time in which nobody, not even Telephone Representatives or Representatives at a local branch could assist me with (sending payments on bill pay). Their system needs to be more reliable or else customers will switch to more reliable banks.
