I have never been unsatisfied with a bank the way I'm unsatisfied with Wells Fargo. Everything about this bank from the branch locations to the customer service is a joke. One Sunday, I was at the grocery store when my card declined. I called customer service because clearly I could see the funds were in my account. They were absolutely NO HELP! This is a very dishonest bank. I have been inquiring about a refund on a cancelled extended auto policy for over 2 months now. Every time I call customer service I have repeatedly been lied to. I have been told the check is in the mail (repeatedly!!!!), to the check hasn't even been processed, to the check is in the system but the aftermarket department handles this inquiry. I called the aftermarket department and they tell me they're not the responsible department and i need to talk to customer service! WTF?....blah blah bl... read more

I would rate it a zero if I could. Worst bank ever. First we are always missing money or they place holds ect. There has been numerous of times transactions have been duplicate. But this recent experience I had fraudulent activity and had over draft fees from this told them the police report and they refused to take care of my over draft charges. Then when I say well just close my account they tell me with a negative balance I cant. So I paid it off and I will be closing my account this week. Not too mention I'm at the bank ... read more

My husband and I purchased a car and the loan happened to be with Wells Fargo. We also purchased loan insurance in case something would happen to one of us and that way the car would be paid off. Unfortunately, my husband passed away suddenly at the age of 62 on September 23, 2018. I contacted Wells Fargo on 10/4/2018 to inform them and to begin the claim on the insurance. If I could no zero stars I would. Do not use this bank. You will be disappointed. We used the ATM here multiple times and each time there was a problem with our joint account. We deposited CASH to the ATM and and had to submit multiple claims to get our cash accounted for. We deposited an amount over $400 in the form of actual CASH not a check and the ATM printed a receipt that said pending. We waited two weeks. Of course we submitted another claim. I don't think I've ever had o deal with a customer service so unprofessional and unwilling to help. From initial call until approval a total of 10 mistakes. Supervisors are useless and covering up their lazy representatives. I am very disappointed because I used Wells Fargo as my mortgage lender and I have never had any issues. I wanted to take care of debt consolidation and I just lost time, money , nerves and patience dealing with people in this department.

I had an account with Wells Fargo for several years. Suddenly I see when making an online payment my account is closed. No explanation, they didn't notify me. I called customer service and was told by payment was late and that was the reason. You have got to be kidding me!! Really??? 30 days late and the account is closed no call, email, etc... Wells Fargo is a fraudulent bank with unprofessional business practices!!! They deserve no stars!! Never again will they get business from me!! ??

Wells Fargo customer service process allow for zero accountability with their associates for getting answers. I am unable to call a particular person and have them familiar with my case. I have to talk with a new person every time, explain the situation over again, and try to get them to help again. I get the same answer every time. I have literally called 30 times and still have no resolution. I've been trying to get them to receive and associate a payment with an account for 4 months.
