i went to cancel a check, that another party take from me fraudulently, i did all the process ti cancel,pay the fees, lose tieme for this proces. The bank took my money without my concent. I called costumer service because I received letter that explianed that the bank made the mistake hut anyway they took my money and apologize for taking that money.. I called them but they didn’t want to help me. I dont trust Wells fargo.

First there were the overdraft scams, in which they would completely remove withdrawals from your online account page AFTER they WERE posted there, so you would think you had more money and spend too much and have to pay the $35 overdraft fee. (I have screen snapshots proving that.) And now this... The ATM in *********, CA is malfunctioning, AND the customer service people are incredibly rude and NOT helpful at all... 1. On Feb 8, 2019 Wells Fargo experienced service outages due to "smoke in server rooms shutting down equipment". For two days I was unable to access my online banking and was kicked off of the queue when I called in during that time. Of course the volume of calls must have been extraordinary, so that is not so much an issue as the lack of access. My daughter got a student loan from Wells Fargo and we were slow in getting the first payment set up on automatic payment. The payment of about $50 was 12 days late and we received a letter from the collections unit and a notice that there was a $28 late fee on a loan payment of about $50! This is outrageous and much worse than payday lenders. This policy was set by the senior executives of the Student Loan division with the likely approval of the bank's senior level executives. Opened accounts in Oregon 5 years ago. Last year they started charging me fees. When I went in branch they changed my accounts and said I would no longer receive any fees as my accounts were now connected to a home mortgage. This is what I was told 5 years ago also. So ok I let them change my accounts and one year later I now start getting charged fees again. Now they are changing story and new requirements. I was very disappointed that for the second time in eight years, my bank, Wells Fargo denied giving me a personal loan; yet, for the second time, another local bank agreed to lend me the money. It really frustrates me because I make over $82,000/yr., my payment history shows 100% on my credit report, and my credit score is 744. I've lived in the same home for over seven years, and I've been teaching for 22. So...why is it so difficult for me to get a personal loan? Back a few years ago when I was solicited by Wells Fargo to apply for a better mortgage rate, and while in the process of doing so, they also signed me up for a credit card I was not seeking and did not realize I was getting. When it did come through my mail anyway(mail fraud?), I went to my bank to question them. They showed where I did sign a paper for the credit card. Awful!! Money taken from my account after my mortgage was paid in full. I called on a Monday when I realized they took the money. Their policy is a 48 hour return. It is Thursday, I have called EVERYDAY since Monday to find out what the problem is. On Wednesday I was on the phone ALL day. Thursday still no money. I have been working with their Customer CARE and RECOVERY department. Needless to say, the title for this department is everything but.....and his follow up date is March 27!!!! So much for a 48 hour resolution!!!!!
