On August 15 2018 I personally deposited the mortgage insurance cancellation of policy check from Travelers Insurance for $1724.00 for credit in my mortgage escrow account. I am highly upset with wells fargo. My loan had been paid off for almost three years. I went to go purchase another a vehicle and trade it that vehicle and the dealership pulls up my car title which states there is a lien on my car. Which didn't make sense at all since that car had been paid off. I was unable to proceed with my car purchase because of this. I made a mobile deposit last evening (10/7/18) before the time deadline. It was a substantial deposit and one that I was counting on to sustain my family. Once the mobile deposit was made a message was generated saying that the funds would be available the next day (10/8/18). This morning I checked my account and the funds were not there. Horrible service! I will be canceling my account immediately. I’ve lost my card, but I have the Wellsfargo app. I tried to use the card free access code, but unfortunately I wasn’t told that I needed prior authorization from HQ to use this, of which could take up to 5 business days. We are facing the sale of our home today. After 3 1/2 years of fighting with you about. We had an approved Loan Modification that you failed to send the schedule of payments you threw out. Wells Fargo dropped the ball on my loan repayment and did nothing to make the situation right. I did everything by the books and Wells Fargo messed up the paperwork and took no responsibility.
There were draw policy is a scam. I have might’ve paid over thousand dollars for negative drawl even though I put money in the account the same day it canes negative they still charge me $35 fee.
Do not use this financial institution. I recently made a check deposit on September 4 2018. Two days later the funds were made available to me in my account. Thinking the check had cleared, I withdrew the funds and made some purchases for the company that issued me the check for a job I thought was legitimate. On the third day, the check was returned as it turned out to be a counterfeit check. My account was overdrawn from my credit card and my savings.
