Wells Fargo has not closed accounts thar were opened fraudulently after 3 personal visits and 5 phonecalls, even though they said the accounts were closed. They are very inefficient.

After closing my accounts in a branch location they continued to charge money out of the account and tack on overdraft fees. They pulled over 500 from my credit card protection before I realized what they were doing. All they said was, well would you like me to close your accounts for you?

I initiated a withdrawal from my Wells Fargo Roth IRA almost three weeks ago ago and still have not received my money. It is supposed to take 2-3 business days. I have called and talked with several people. Granted I ticked the wrong box on my form, I was never contacted to correct it or informed that my transfer was in process. Wells Fargo intentionally steals people money, my debit card was declined on cash back transaction but funds were available, the next day I see a deduction from my account so I attempted to dispute the transaction ! For the simple fact it was DECLINDED ! Wells Fargo then responded by saying , I need to contact the merchant. So I contacted ******* they informed me that I would have to contact my bank ! Wells Fargo payroll services are completely incompetent. They have no idea how to do clergy payroll services, and they cost us a lot of money as a result. Clergy are considered employed for federal income taxes, and self employed for Social Security and Medicare. We get a W-2, but we don't have standard withholding. We either set aside money for quarterly taxes or ask for voluntary withholding. We had opted for the latter. We had about $5,000 voluntarily withheld for 2017. I have never worked with a company with the lowest lever of intelligence in regards to closing a Billings complaint. And instead of assisting me with my problem, or simply helping me make sense of what was truly going on, the supervisor I spoke with had the worst attitude and rushed me off the phone. Issue is still unresolved, and none of it makes sense whatsoever. I don’t recommend this bank at all!!

I've been a customer with wells fargo for a long time, you would think that would carry some weight with them wanting to keep you happy but sadly this is not the case. I opened a credit line with these guys that i'll admit got a bit high due to financial struggle but up until recently i still payed my bills on time. Horrible! Stay away from this bank! We waited a month & 1/2 to get an answer for a home line of credit only to be told by the woman we were working with that we were denied! To make matters worse we had to continually call to follow up and push them along. After 5 weeks and our final call the woman representative finally told us this: "Oh yes, good news we have an answer! You were denied." In an upbeat voice. 30+ year WF customer with top tier credit rating with very little debt applied for a 9 k loan to replace roof Denied . Previously they lied and screwed me over on a refinance of home and lied threw whole process and transferred it to wells Fargo financial and didn't honor any of the lies they told us . I just glad I expected this to happen and applied threw another lender and was approved and funded in 3 days . All my accounts with them are now closed as of today.
