I applied for Loan was denied. They took 695.00 they day I applied for appraisal tell me I have to wait 45 days to get it back? They ran my credit and charged me for that too and state they cannot give me a copy? By law they have to? They are unprofessional. I had 25 years with them never late and my credit score is 760? Help

I went to pay off my Wells Fargo Advantage Card. I payed it 2 days after the due date. I called and confirmed my balance owed was $3,186.31 my statement read $3,292.81. I had payed my monthly for the previous month late, making the difference in balance. As I was paying again 2 days late. I asked and made sure the new late fee was included as well. they said yes. stated again the total balance. I have been with Wells Fargo Bank for years and have mortgage, savings, and checking account with them. Recently, I called to find out the cut off time for an automatic deposit and was amazed that I was talking to someone overseas - they did not know and had attitudes. Next, I called the next morning and talked to someone in the U.S. Again, they could not give me a straight answer and asked to talk to a supervisor. Trying to use my Wells Fargo Debit/Credit card in Australia to make a cash transaction does not work anywhere on the west coast of Australia. It works for charges, but not when I want to withdraw money. The Australian banks told me, it's a Wells Fargo problem. I contacted the customer service at Wells Fargo. By that time, I couldn't even get in to my on line account with the correct information. I have a merchant account and a merchant lease that is way too over priced. montly close to 50 for 4 years. THAT IS 2400 then guess what you don't own the equipment. You still have to purchase it or charges will continue. The young man that set up the device I tired to call regarding issues and never followed up. I just gave up. Just wanted other business people to know some facts and make a better decision for you and your business. I am so not happy with making the descision to go with Wells Fargo merchant lease

The bankers at this bank are not well-informed. My mother recently died, and I have had difficulty with the bankers. They kept telling me that everything had been handled, but I keep receiving invoices stating she still owed on an account they said was closed months ago.

I have been trying to close out my 401k with Wells Fargo for several months now. My first complaint has to do with their phone service, every time I call the main number listed on their website or letters the line is busy and I can’t get through to anyone. When you finally get someone on the phone after hours of trying you get transferred several times and hung up on. I always say to my clients, "If I don't provide what you need when you need it, then why do you need me?" I just wasted 3/4 of an hour of my time attempting to deposit $40 in cash into my Granddaughters checking account at Wells Fargo Bank in Wendell, NC. They refused to accept the deposit, because they don't accept federally issues legal tender. Period. Wells Fargo holds the mortgage on my home. We have been with Wells Fargo for 30+ years...yes THIRTY PLUS YEARS and have never had a problem. It's nice while traveling because we could always find a WF location if we needed assistance while we were traveling. Then hits the scandal of employees opening the phony accounts - thankfully we weren't one of those. But when this all came to light - WF started closing branches --- including the local branch in our small rural town - making the next closest 20 minutes away -- ok we can deal with that.
