Very Negative I have a customer that does an account to account transfer and now they are hold they money to clear the bank. Not a good business practice and it needs to be fixed. They get a minus 10 *

NEVER conduct business with this Bank. Their staff is unable to follow procedures and even twist them to their advantage. NOT to be trusted.

I requested a Micro Center Credit card issued by Wells Fargo. I was approved and made a purchase. No problem. 3 months later I still haven't received my card. I've contact wells fargo repeatedly to report this. No credit card. I do not receive bills for my credit card either. I get late charges on a card I don't have, and bills I do not receive. I have requested assistance only to be told I cannot be assisted because they're ONLY available during weekdays, during the hours I work. Wells Fargo is presently defrauding me by lo... read more

Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Not business friendly. They hold your funds and make you submit invoices because they thought the transactions were fraudulent. We even had our customers provide the bank info to prove its not fraudulent. Risk management department never picks up the phone. I gave it one star only because I had too, to submit this review. I would give it negative stars.

I had the distinct displeasure of dealing with Wells Fargo bank today and in my opinion, you would do wise to stay away from them. They unprofessional discourteous and quite unknowledgeable. A total waste of time. Stay Away!

In July of 2017, my girlfriend and myself entered an agreement for a 12 month - no interest program that *********** offered. Long behold, its financed with Wells Fargo. Auto debit has been set up for the past year and so we assumed that the proper amount to close the amount would be deducted according to a 12 month payment time. That was not the case. WORST BANK EVER! I COULD GO ON WITH MY LIST OF COMPLAINTS.. BUT FIRST I WAS IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION AND NEEDED TO TAKE CASH OUT AND I HAD PLENTY OF MONEY IN MY CHECKING ACCOUNT TO COVER THE $500 CASH I NEEDED TO TAKE OUT. IT SAID MY DAILY LIMIT WAS ONLY $300. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY REFUSED TO UP MY LIMIT. THEN, I WENT TO BOOK A FLIGHT FOR A TRIP OF MINE AND MY FLIGHT WAS $600. In order to purchase our home, we need an updated statement from our checking account (a paper trail that validated the origination and distribution of a large sum of money that we recently recently(last week) earned by selling our previous home).
