Wells Fargo practically steals money from your account. I set up my utility bill to be paid automatically and Wells Fargo seems to be upcharging me without my knowledge. I called my utility company and they told me that they only took what my bill says but wells fargo charged a higher amount and assumed that I won't check. If you set up your bills for autopay please make sure they are not charging you extra every month.

Business Account Balance ~ beware ... You will be charged $14 /month in FEES if your balance drops below $6500.00 a/months. $6500.00 is my account agreement, yours may be different. Now I wish I would have known about BALANCE ALERTS ... Wells Fargo doesn't tell there business customers about "BALANCE ALERTS ..." Since being charged 6 mounts of FEES $84.00; I now have my "BALANCE ALERTS" set to $6,800.00 because if it drops below $6500.00 I am charged a $14 /month in FEE ... They allow people to withdraw out your account without a debit card and you are just out the pocket for your money. My money should be secure in their bank. I’m in Alabama and someone in California withdrew from my account after Wells Fargo blocked numerous attempts in less than an hour they allowed them to finally get $300 and never refunded me. I was trying to get help with my mortgage. They told meni needed certain paperwork and I sent it then they claim they didnt get it and then finally they said they got it and then they requested more things after that. It was like they were not satisfied and kept wanting more out of me of what I could not give them. Also I talked to multiple representatives and some did not even put notes in the computer. Horrible customer service. Bait and switch techniques. Worst bank in the history of the United States. I tried to give them an opportunity to keep my business and they did everything they could so I could run the other way. Heed my advice and stay away from this horrible business that I could only hope will go under soon.

I am finding out a lot of folks are like me, does not have the time to move everything to another bank, but I am making sure I will do it this week. The intended mediocre and sleazy treatment of the customer goes beyond belief . Other Banks are after the money but at least will treat you like they need to your money

Do NOT use for your mortgage needs! They do not care about customers, only themselves. Hidden fees at closing. Concerns not addressed. No follow-up

WellsFargo cost us thousands of dollars when we filed for Medicaid fo my Father. They had opened so many accounts in his name it was criminal! Took months to find all the accounts after the branch manager said “that is all there is...” He was 100% wrong!! There were in fact at least 5 more accounts that Medicaid could not trace. $6982 and 6 months latter we final located the remaining accounts with “No” help from the Lompoc branch manager.
