They no longer accept coins of USD for any depository transaction. This was confirmed to me multiple times today, at three different branch store locations, in three different cities.

I recently submitted for a credit card with Wells Fargo. I was denied due to a medical bankruptcy from 2013. Normally I would blow this off but it is upsetting because not more thank 3 months ago they gave me a large vehicle loan and said my credit was good. Maybe there mad because I switched my loan over to ******* *** for a lower interest rate from 7.6 to 4%.. Now they decline me for this credit card . It does not make sense to me what so ever. I wish I could give it zero stars. Let me be clear, this is completely about the mortgage side of things, not their banking. If you are thinking about getting a mortgage, go elsewhere and don't waste your time. There are plenty of bad reviews, And for good reasons. If you are a seller and your buyer is from wells Fargo, think twice. Wells Fargo approved the person who was buying our house for nearly 275,000. Wells fargo has been a nightmare to deal with for my underwriting process for my loan. They are still asking for documents 4 days before I am supposed to close on my house. They are embarrassing, and I am going to lose my earnest money because of them. I was pre-approved for my loan, and now the underwriter and scrutinizing my DTI this late in the game. Horrible, horrible, horrible service.

Signed up for a checking account when they were offering a $250 bonus. I met the demands for the bonus, but did not receive and customer service has been giving me the run around for months. On top of that they are making it difficult for me to close the account. Never do business with them unless you like being swindled.

I am a college graduate, class of 2010, who has private student loans through Wells Fargo. When we first applied and accepted private student loans through Wells Fargo (which I had to take out private loans due to my father owning a small business), we were under the impression that I could remove my parents as co-signers after 2 years of completing my payments on time on my own. The customer service experience with Wells Fargo has been one of the worst I've ever experienced. I was transferred a staggering 9 times on my last call, sent to a supervisor that told me in order access my account, I'd have to go to a go to a branch with a photo ID....to reset my online bank account in order to access it and pay a bill. The entire phone call took an hour and half while I was being charged internal dialing rates.
