NOT TRUSTED BANK! STAY AWAY!!! I have been pre proved $100,000 credit line last year for a small loan and actually took $60,000 with 3% interest rate. I was happy with what I got on the deal but suddenly now got notified that the interest rate is 9% for this year. I went into the branch office in city of industry, CA and wanted to understand why. The officer in that office said they cannot help because the original person who signed me up with 3% interest has already left the company. Now I am pretty much stuck with 9% inter... read more

Calling into customer service is a horrendous experience! They are so rude. Do they learn how to treat people like garbage during their "training"? It is unfortunate that the store I bought a mattress from used them as their financing company. I would NEVER choose to deal with them of my own accord. There really just are not words to clearly illustrate my disdain for this "business". If I could give them zero stars, I would. Better yet, I would take stars away!!!!!!

Good evening. Today I was trying to get some gas at a gas station when I noticed my debit card was not being accepted. I went to my mobile account and was informed that somebody tried to hack my credit card account. I called the service number given to me on my account and when I was talking to a representative I was treated poorly. I was talked down on, sarcastic smart remarks, and very bad service. I was explaining to the service rep my situation and the rep told me that my debit card had some suspect activity that was tri... read more

I have them for my auto loan and can't wait until it's over with. They basically set "good guys" up for failure. Long story short, if one wishes to pay extra each month toward their loan, OBVIOUSLY they want the extra to go to principle in an effort to pay down the loan faster. Common knowledge. Wells Fargo Dealer Services however makes you jump through hoops to pay down any extra principle. They'll tell you that "any additional amount paid automatically goes to principle" but this is 100% false - it goes to the interest on ... read more

Wells Fargo is listed as a lien holder on our vehicle in error. We never had a loan with them (nor will we ever). They can see in their system it is an error. Even still, they required a letter from the dealership stating what they already knew. The dealership sent the letter, then called them to confirm they received the letter. They are refusing to provide us with a lien release until they can process the letter, between 48 hours, but up to 35 days... on a car they admit they know they should not hold a lien on. Asked f... read more

I'm leaving Wells Fargo today. I'm so done with them. I've had an account with them for over a year now, and it's been nothing but hair-pulling frustration the entire time. First, let's start with the account fees. Every month cycle, there is a $10 service fee. The only way to get out of this fee is to either have a minimum balance of $1,500, $500 in direct deposits, or make at least 10 purchases with the debit card. Most of the time, I at least hit the direct deposit minimum, and I definitely hit the debit card minimum. Yet... read more

I bought a car from what I thought was a regular Wells Fargo but it was "Wells Fargo Dealer "Services" I'm trying to sell a car and find this extension has no branches. The only way "they tell me" to do so is to pay off loan and they will send me the title. Who in their right mind would give me money to pay off my loan and not get a title? Needless to say I am stuck with a car that I need to sell but have loops...

I went into a wells Fargo on 02/2017 and did a withdraw of $5500. When I did the withdraw I had my 2 young daughters with me and the teller took part of the amount out of her drawer and then went to the drive thru area and took out the rest from another drawer. This particular day she stated that they did not have large bills and needed to give me 20s and 50s. I advised her that was fine. She started to count the money behind the counter but did not run the money through the counter, which was normally done with previous tel... read more
