I have been a Well Fargo customer for about 9 years now. I have not had too many issues with them in the past because I have always had my paycheck direct deposited. My biggest complaint is how quick they are to overdraft or apply fees for transfers. I have noticed in the past and more recently that they manipulate the order of drafts or debits from your account to process the most fees possible, even before deposits. This company does not want to hear from their customers and have taken all measures to remain blocked from their calls through their automative telephone system.

I have used Wells Fargo as my primary checking account bank for 28 years, since I was a freshman at Berkeley. About 10 years ago I started putting long term investments and assets like Real Estate into a living trust. I also got a "Prime Checking Account", which costs $30 / month but is supposed to provide me with personalized banking and the ability to handle more than the bare basics.
