My overall rating for this company is a 1 star. I would possibly give the company half a star if it was permitted. According to my best recollection I have been saving money in my 401k through my company for as long as I worked, I had a major class that I had to take in order to further my education and career. Everything was normal at first I asked for to use my money for my future class and I was faxed paperwork within a few hours to start my claim. Multiple calls resulting in conflicting information. Call center reps seem to have confusion over new policies and banking procedures leading to unnecessary fines for customers. My account is less than a month active and I'm completely frustrated and disappointed.

I will make this short & not-sweet. Today I give Wells Fargo Bank services today after the rudeness & unprofessionalism of a PHONE SUPERVISOR a **NEGATIVE 5** -----, that's right, on the survey. I am a 62 y/o Professional Woman who was treated like "dirt" today. It's unconchanable that such people exist to talk trash to a loyal customer of 18 yrs. of service w/my checking & 7 yrs. w/ credit. Even though I was making payments each month, Wells Fargo was charging me late fees for 1.5 years without notifying me of any issues. I was told that while my phone number was listed on my account, they didn't have permission to contact me directly. Someone form the executive office later provided me with a different version stating that Wells Fargo wasn't obligated to contact me. Ruining my credit could have been avoided with a simple phone call, but it appeared that these guys don't care about their customer's credit healt... read more

****** at this Wells Fargo Branch is rude and unhelpful. I have never had so much trouble giving a company thousands of dollars before. No one knows whether or not my payment was processed in store or in customer service. No one can tell me anything. When you hand over nearly $13,500 in cash to a business, they should have more information available more quickly for you to feel confident it is being handled properly.

I had a secured card with Wells Fargo last year, it has since been charged off. I have disputed the amount shown on my account balance, they (Wells Fargo) update my credit report info and stated that the account has been verified. I have since paid the account off all $133 worth. I requested a letter to state the account is Now Closed and Paid in Full they agreed to do so once paid, went to branch, paid IN CASH, told that I had to wait 3 days for payment to post into system even though I paid cash at a branch location. Wellsfargo was an okay company they did my first mortgage. I stayed in an FHA loan to long, no representative ever contacted me to suggest a refinance to a convenient loan. The approval was tedious and old-school I had to fax or send things in the mail instead of uploading the documents to their website. And this was in 2011.

I recently booked a vacation to Europe with my family, I rarely travel due to my work schedule and this vacation was necessary to recover from a death in the family. We decided to take a cruise where everything is all inclusive. I filled out a vacation notification with Wells Fargo notifying them of all the ports the cruise would be in, the reason I did this is because Wells Fargo cancels my card when Im trying to book a hotel in Vegas or anyplace else close to my home. My wife and I went into the Wells Fargo branch in Vacaville, CA at *** ****** ****** **** this afternoon to pay off our line of credit and were very pleased with the help we received. ******* ******** was very friendly and helpful and took care of what we needed quickly and effortlessly!
