Wells Fargo fight I have been a Wells Fargo customer for many years and I have heard the stories about the flagrant abuses of power and never been directly impacted until today. I never actually saw how many negative complaints there were about Wells Fargo and I would assume that it's due to the fact the they have NEVER had a "customer retention" program. Talked to customer service and was promised $200 bonus would be added to card then account.Two customer service rep continue to promise me this bonus will appear on next statement then next one after that one. The last customer service rep tells me no such promise ever happened and I cannot receive bonus. This is also after they somehow opened a fraudalent account under my name and charged me for fees associated with opening the account. Seriously never seen a bank ran this poorly.
I just spoke with a supervisor named **** about a loan from my retirement to purchase a home and what was going on seeing that I am suppose to close on my home on November 30, 2017. He was rude, and not understanding at all. I've been trying to roll my 401(k) to a different institution for nearly 3 weeks. Wells Fargo has made numerous errors, including sending my retirement funds to the wrong address. Their customer service agents are, on the whole, extremely rude. This latest woman, ******, told me that I needed to listen to her without interrupting when I tried to tell her what I wanted. Ive been with WF for over 25 years. Im considered a "Premier Customer". They continually disappoint me. The most recent examples: (1) after working 6 weeks on a mortgage refi, they tell me that the way they were structuring it violated state law and that we had to start over (attribute displayed: incompetence due to poor training); (2) My wife returned a rug and expected a credit back to her WF debit card. It seems Wells Fargo doesn't care AT ALL about their customers. Not an opinion...it's a fact. Most of these comments are complaints about the company because there is nowhere their customers can be heard. In fact, of all the BBB reviews on Wells Fargo 96% of them are negative. I have a complaint abouts Wells Fargo Financial I mailed a cashiers check about 2 weeks ago and they have told me they never received it. I'm paying off the balance so I can close the account and somehow they can't seem to find my payment or tell me they never received it. My due date for a payment is coming up. I used their envelope and payment coupon to mail and they tell me they never got it. I called just about every day and no help they just tell me to make a another payment. This review is in regards to the dealer services division of Wells Fargo, which is equally as unprofessional and discourteous as the consumer banking division. Wells Fargo is at it again. I opened a credit card due to a promotion for a cash incentive. The stated incentive was to spend a specified amount within three months from opening the account and the cash incentive would be paid. I called just prior to the three months term and was told to call the following month which would be past the three month period.
