Wells Fargo is one of the most greedy and crooked banks, besides Bank of America, that I have ever had to deal with. I was in the process of transferring all of my money, pay checks, etc into my USAA bank. So, I made sure that I had no charges pending and made sure there was $0 in my Wells Fargo accounts, in order to not be charged any fees when I closed out my Wells Fargo Checking and Saving accounts. I went into a Wells Fargo to close the accounts and despite there being $0 in any of my accounts, they claimed there was $0.... read more

Wells Fargo is the worst bank I have an account with with the worst customer service I've ever encountered. They must train them to talk over you, not answer any questions...it's beyond belief. High apr/ no benefits/ bad service. Last rude experience was today 12/23/17 Their website was down so I called to make a payment ...extremely rude woman who after leaving me on hold with no explanation..(of course because it's wells fargo loudest most annoying hold music) they don't process debit or credit cards for payment even if th... read more

Wells Fargo is by far the worst bank that has ever existed. They have ruined my credit. And every time I try to fix it, they ruin it even more. They have literally ruined my chances of getting a loan, car, credit , anything. They look for any little thing to leave remarks on your credit report, send balances to collections, purposely decline payments so that they can charge off your loan as "bad debt". They are absolutely horrible. I have closed any account I have with them and I highly suggest anyone who has an account with... read more

Wells Fargo is the the worst company I have ever dealt with!!!!!!!!!!!! I am dealing with the death of my father and have been trying to liquidate his assets. They act like my dad's money is theirs! I can see how someone would just give up and say I can't go through this anymore. After over 2 months of calls and over 10 hours on the phone with totally unknowledgeable people I might be getting close. This should have been a very simple transition. Sell my father's stocks and send me a check. Ridiculous!!! Please do not do bus... read more

This is the worst bank I have EVER seen. I have had accounts with them with millions for 12 years or more. I finally decided to dump them after years of pain. I stayed because of my representative, but I cannot take it any longer. I have filed numerous complaints on line and this one must go out to the public also. I have a strong 6 figures in their accounts and we move large amounts of money around with a over 4 accounts continually. Let's say they enjoy the benefits of lending my balances and I earn pathetic amounts of int... read more

I have been banking with Wells Fargo for over 10 years. Up until now I haven't had any major issues, but my most recent interaction with them seems incredibly suspicious and misleading. In short, my credit card was stolen in July 2017 and I requested a new one. It came, but I hadn’t been using it regularly since it didn’t offer as many benefits as different cards that I have. Then in November, I received a letter stating that I was late on payments. I logged onto my Wells Fargo account online, and went to statements and acco... read more

During the last three months with Wells Fargo I have noticed an increase of fee's from overdraft to insufficient funds fee. The Bank is quick to reject any items from going through when you have no money in your account. Usually in the past items sit in your account for a few days to see if you will make a deposit to cover your items pending for payment. Many times by the time I go and deposit money the next day to cover my bills the bank rejects the pending bill and hits you with a $35 dollar fee. Some other banks let you b... read more

Do not use this bank, don't open an account, don't do anything with these people. They will nickel and dime you for everything they can, and take as much money as they can from you. They're horrible, complete thieves. The customer service team is full of condescending cunts. Save yourself money, and skip this bank. They shouldn't even be allowed to operate. Complete thieves!
