If I could give a 0 rating I would. My mother died on July 1, after no less than 7 phone calls and sending information to them, jumping thru their endless hoops, I was told today she would be paying for the month of July and there would be no refund. Over 2 months after her death. Their customer service is based overseas and those representatives only know how to read from a card, they do not listen, they ask repeated questions. I would not recommend this company to anyone for any reason EVER!!!

Awful. Ridiculous security. Make you change your password o 12 digits every time you log in! Farmed out operators that barely speak English! When you call you will be transferred and on hold a min of 5 min or more lie 1/2 hour.

LOUSY LIEING RIP OFF company. I cannot believe that they advertize on TV and then rip off people. And now they have change their name because of their BBB "F" rating. So beware of this rip off company. They have contacted my wife only to give her a profession run around. They will not take responsibility for the agences that sell their rip off policies. They tell you that there is "no co-pay" !! I just got a bill for over $5000 of their co pays. So buyer beware. I wish I could give and negative rating... -10 stars!!!

I called WellCare on 31May to cancel my disabled brother’s plan because he moved out of the county and coverage area. He needs medical attention and to move to regular Medicare. WellCare held me on the phone for 3hr24min. Gave me a reference number and said it would take 24 hours to process the cancellation. Called back Monday to get confirmation and was told it takes 5 to 10 business days and was given a second reference number. Poor communication from Representatives on the phone. It appears they need new management that has the common sense to screen the people that you talk to. Every time I call I get some Foreigner that I can barely understand. What's wrong with the management of this company? Any manager with some common sense knows that the people they put on the phone need to speak good English. Not this broken English c*** that they pay their cut rate employees. Not impressed
