I had a horrible experience with Welcare. I needed to be referred to an endodontist. From February to October 2024, they were never able to get me a dentist. They referred me to well over ************************************************************ the network. I still have the email they sent to me with 80 dentists contacts, and none of them accepted Welcare. Their customer service is horrible. And on top of that since they are in the Philippines and it's hard to understand their accent not to mention they are disorganized.

WellCare / Centene Alt Formats sent some type of spiral bound book in braille. I haven't had WellCare for over a year, am not blind and have no use (other than to make snowflakes) for this book. You wasted paper, ink, binding and postage. Please correct your records.

I echo ***** S's review of the corrupt frauds at C2C Innovative Solutions in her review exactly, with some additional info about frauds at Wellcare: I submitted my Part D LEP appeal via **** Certified Mail on 5/24/2024. *** picked it up from the ** in ************, **, on 5/30/2024. Today is 10/31/2024 (appropriate because its Halloween and C2C are the sole, monstrously incompetent, and pharmaceutical-industry owned-and-operated arbiters of Part D LEP appeals). Wellcare is a scam company I recently had an drug prescription plan with them for 26 dollars a month.They kept trying to make me pay in advance every month 50 dollars .I had to call every month and argue with the illiterate no English speaking employees to stop it But they kept doing it .I have lost my patience for this company and have recently closed my account again I say that wellcare is an total scam total scam and needs to be investigated immediately

WellCare sent us a bill for $2766.93 for a mistake they made. They said "although you paid the right amount based on the way the claim was originally processed , we have discovered that the actual amount owned is greater that the amount you paid . We apologize for any inconvenience." The amount was suppose to be free. I have wasted hours on the phone trying to get this resolved. I place a successful call to to member on 10.24.2024 and spoke with the complainant's wife. I was able to resolve all the complainant's issues in regards to the bill received. The complainant understood and was satisfied with the outcome.

***** this company for ******** drug prescription program. As I only havee one routine prescription for prescriptions, insurance agent recommended as it was least exxpensive program. Believe me when I say I would rather pay more for an efficient company, ************ has unconsicationably poor customer service. Terrible customer service. The representatives dont even know the medications or coverages and keep you on hold for a long long time. I hate having to call them.
