i started jan 1 2022 wellcare said alot sound good but 5 mths later still haven,t got flex card every two weeks call say in the mail not true lier and might be scammer don't belivie a word that come from their mouth **** ***** ***** ****** ** **. ********

On the phone over 4 hours, cut off, on hold, transferred and cut off - today May 2 2022 I hAVE BEEN on the phone for over 3 hours trying to get the Flex Card issued to me. Mine was cancelled in error April 1 2022 . I have been talking with 4 different areas , on hold, hours, cut off, not understood in the Philippines call center that has loud background noise, and now I am ON HOLD AGAIN. Avoid WellCare as a possible Medicare Advantage Program for yourself. After hours on the phone, emails, attempting to get to the proper CSR person, I filed a grievance w/ Wellcare. The gist is, their marketing person flat out lied to me about dental coverage, after asking specific questions, knowing that I had a significant amount of dental work pending. If I could, I would give 0 star! I have Wellcare Classic (PDP) paying $35.50 monthly. Drug prices are much higher than I just buy from Safeway pharmacy in WA without any insurances. On 3/13/22, Wellcare Classic cost $10.30 for losartan potassium 50 mg, 30 tabs On 4/6/22, Not using Wellcare Classic and any other insurances, 90 tabs for the same drug cost $16.72 at the same pharmacy. Please avoid Wellcare! They have the worst customer service department. They made a data error on my zip code during my initial enrollment 3 months ago. That put me in the wrong service area for healthcare and they have not resolved it yet. I have literally spent 30 hour, mostly on hold, and talked with 10 - 15 representatives some and they have still not corrected my coverage. I would never recommend
1 star is too high. My husband and I signed up through Medicare, was a new plan. Sounded great on paper. Company was completely out of their league. Couldn't fulfill their customer needs, couldn't answer basic questions, even sent me to Medicare when they couldn't answer my questions themselves. We switched after the first 3 weeks of January. WellCare ValueScript: If you like non responsive customer service, multiple transfers to overseas operators and terrible service, then WellCare ValueScripts is the one for you. They declined my account which medicare submitted based on an inaccurate understanding of special enrollment period. No faith whatsoever in this company's ability to service a customer responsibly.

My experience with WellCare (WA) is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had! I never do customer satisfaction posts like this, but this one I HAD to! We unenrolled from their Value+ Prescriptions at the end of 2021 and called to let them know, just when they asked us to. We've since still been enrolled, and we are getting late payment calls from them. Meanwhile, my father is in hospice and is dying.
