im on a give back program and never got a giveback for 9 months already called every 2 weeks and still havent got a resolution

If I could, I would give 0 star! I have Wellcare Classic (PDP) paying $35.50 monthly. Drug prices are much higher than I just buy from Safeway pharmacy in WA without any insurances. On 3/13/22, Wellcare Classic cost $10.30 for losartan potassium 50 mg, 30 tabs On 4/6/22, Not using Wellcare Classic and any other insurances, 90 tabs for the same drug cost $16.72 at the same pharmacy. Wellcare is worse than without any insurances!!! The company has a lot of other issues, too. Customer service is a mess and cannot understand the... read more

Please avoid Wellcare! They have the worst customer service department. They made a data error on my zip code during my initial enrollment 3 months ago. That put me in the wrong service area for healthcare and they have not resolved it yet. I have literally spent 30 hour, mostly on hold, and talked with 10 - 15 representatives some and they have still not corrected my coverage. I would never recommend

1 star is too high. My husband and I signed up through Medicare, was a new plan. Sounded great on paper. Company was completely out of their league. Couldn't fulfill their customer needs, couldn't answer basic questions, even sent me to Medicare when they couldn't answer my questions themselves. We switched after the first 3 weeks of January. At that time, we'd been turned away from using it at an eye doctor who we were told was on the list of approved vendors , turned out it was only for Medicaid. One of the perks was suppo... read more

WellCare ValueScript: If you like non responsive customer service, multiple transfers to overseas operators and terrible service, then WellCare ValueScripts is the one for you. They declined my account which medicare submitted based on an inaccurate understanding of special enrollment period. No faith whatsoever in this company's ability to service a customer responsibly.

The plan has made contact with the member. The plan has apologized to the member for his frustrations and advised the member the application has been submitted to CMS for approval and he will be notified by the plan once CMS processes the application.

My experience with WellCare (WA) is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had! I never do customer satisfaction posts like this, but this one I HAD to! We unenrolled from their Value+ Prescriptions at the end of 2021 and called to let them know, just when they asked us to. We've since still been enrolled, and we are getting late payment calls from them. Meanwhile, my father is in hospice and is dying. Horrible company always having some tech issue can hardly get anyone on the phones. Hang up more often than not, and have no idea how to pair you with a Dr. I've yet to see a Dr or dentist in network because they seem unable to locate any. I've been to several they suggest and always get turned away. This ins is useless.

Drug Plan Customer Service is the worst in this domain of health care coverage. Poor coverage - and then when I wanted to cancel my coverage at year's end after numerous written and calls to their Customer Service number - still not able to get to someone in the company to cancel my coverage! I get dunning letters that I must pay up or they will dis-enroll me - ****, I want to cancel coverage - why won't they allow me to do that? I wrote three letters to cancel. Dishonest Non caring, Company. I filed for a value prescription plan. I was put on their premium plan. When I tried to correct their mistake they turned me over to a work-at -home agent who could care less about my case. I have heard the same prepared script read to me several times. I have dealt with two different agents that have lied to me continuously. Medicare even sent Wellcare messages asking them to put me on the value plan and they ignored it.
