Bait&Switch-Don't call 800# to check ZIP code. I did and got screwed. They told me WellCare was a better choice than what I had. Was told all medications covered. One month in, I get notified that 3 major meds I've been on for 15-20 for M.S. I don't get. Not sorry you get to withdraw They have put me through sheer ****. They pushed this ****** plan on me -must have been motivated ($$) to push it.

Wellcare took over for my previous prescription plan a couple years back. Since then: 1. They took me away from my favorite pharmacy. 2. Limited me to only one pharmacy brand the closest of which was a half hour away. 3. Closed that pharmacy and directed me to one that is farther away. 4. I moved two years ago and I have sent at least three changes of address and made one call some time ago.......... and they haven't changed it yet. The sooner I can ditch them the better. ** *
The worst insurance I've ever had! The CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST! I've sat on hold for over an hour on MANY OCCASIONS! The customer service is outsourced to other countries who have no idea what they are doing and can barely speak English! Wellcare signed me up with a PCP that has not practiced in Texas for more than 3 years! They sent me twice a card designated with this doctor after I'd informed them by phone of their error. I wanted to join their program that promised to pay an additional $95 to my Social Security monthly check. I applied ins through medicare on the phone. Wellcare value Scripture. I wanted to cancelled the plain because i have ins. With ****** School Board. They telling me the only way is i have to give them my medicare no. I did not give it to them. And let them take it out of my medicare. I need your help ******** *******

Wellcare is a money grabbing ldeceitful company I have filed grievances 3 to be exact with no results. So Medicare has a grievance with them on my behalf. The are frauds changing my enrollment date claiming I own a copay when I do not. Medicare agreed I do not have co-pays. Rude liers

1 star is a gift to WellCare.... - - -10 would be more like it. It is the worst!!!! I called and called trying to get answers to why charges were adding to hospital bill...NO one at WellCare can tell me why!!! I think every call I made to them was more than hour and half long... some more than that! (2 to 4 hours long... on hold forever!! I think they put you on hold that long in hopes you hang up!!) They are the lowest price but it may be worth a couple of thousand more to get some service center in the United State. I take a lot of drugs and I wanted a claim form I could submit a clain that wasn't submitted electronically.
