For their ******** Part D, their customer service is atrocious. For a secondary part D insurance I requested a single (January) billing statement be sent by eMail. I was told they do not do that. I requested the coupon book that they used to send. ***** days. Well beyond the time frame needed to secure my secondary *********** exceptions. This is talking to a real person. Someone within Wellcare switched my plan to an advantage plan by impersonating me. I had to get Medicare to switch me back to my original plan. I filed a complaint with Wellcare but they closed my complaint without anyone following up. Have to deal with many foreign agents & people who shouldn't have their jobs because they simply don't care. Hideous company!

Horrendous customer service. Agents are often inaccurate and get things wrong even when I repeated information carefully and repeated it back to them. They repeatedly told me that they could not confirm the details of my transactions and conversations in writing - even when I told them that they could send it to me on paper and not electronically.

This company Wellcare health plan has to be stopped I continue getting repeat caller's from an outsourced company asking if I would like to add to my health plan I get call's from 7am-7-8pm at night called repeatedly all day long, I did contact Wellcare health plans and asked them to stop having me contacted I was told that they would place me on (do not contact) please if there's any way to stop these (repeat callers) company's please do so it would be greatly appreciated. Stay away. Claim to provide dental and vision but don't. Pretty standard for medical, what medicare covers but they claim additional benefits which you have to submit to a 3rd party company. Then you get the denial of all procedures, either as invalid procedure code or Contract not effective on date of service.

Well Care was listed as the best alternative for my part D drug plan to go with mine and my husband's regular ******** coverage when the open enrollment period was open in November of 2022. We've been with them for a few years so I was pleased to not have to change. I just tried to fill my prescription for the first time in 2023, and they will not work with my pharmacy - the one that I specifically entered on the medicare.gov site as our preference and was shown as being in network. Wellcare drug plan 2022 WILL NOT transfer any of my medications to the new plan with a different prescription plan in 2023. I know this is illegal! WellCare says my account is no longer accessible. Know they have to keep the records for 7 yrs.
