Horrible lying crooks are fining people for not having Obama care they definitely need to be investigated . Can't get rid of them and they take money directly out of our social security! Hidden charges after you are accepted into their SCAM!
They called from Jan to May asking to transfer from ******** to them. I said no each time and they transferred me anyway. I asked to be transferred back and they have been calling me every week about 2-3 times a week trying to change my mind non stop. I just want my old insurance back and I should have the right to make the decision. Them calling so much seems like harassment.

They really deserve zero stars. The sales rep (who, after 2 phone calls, actually showed up at my door!) promised me "the world". The ONLY reason I signed up was that "I could opt out at any time". No problem, right? WRONG! After being on the phone for close to TWO hours, I *think I'm cancelled. I had to speak with 3 different people, going over the same questions. And these reps spoke with very strong dialects at a very fast pace.In the meantime, I have no prescription coverage for 15 days, with 3 expensive scripts to fill.... read more
Their agent absolutely lied about everything and conned me into enrollment telling me nothing would interrupt my current insurance. The agent frauded from start to finish of the phone call when I hung up I had no idea what happened or what insurance company. The first of August I have no insurance company and out $200 in food benefits.All the benefits well care claims ends up with no one takes the insurance so it's useless lies.
Since 02/2023 I have been trying to get my $25 Reward for my annual physical I had on 02/09/2023 with my PCP in *******, **. My PCP billed their services for $341.15 on 02/10/2023 and Wellcare paid the claim on 02/15/2023 in the amount of $181.00 after their contractual adjustment. Yet, from 02/2023 to 08/01/2023 Wellcare and Healthmine continue to tell me they have not received the claim, EVEN THOUGH THEY PAID IT ON 02/15/2023.
