WellCare uses Evolve for its dental reimbursement. That's because you won't find a dentist who has even heard of WellCare.Submitted the required form, waited weeks, received a check for less than $55 for a paid $3200 bill.Not renewing.

WellCare is a HORRIBLE insurance company. WellCare bought out my Mother's insurance coverage in 2020 and I then found they were charging her $10 a month for late payments for several years. It took me months to straighten this issue out and get a refund. Now my Mother has passed away and they are again making me jump through hoops to try and get a refund for the August payment which was deducted after she passed away. Stay away from this company. I would give them zero stars if I could. Just stay away.

If it were not so frustrating, their phone system would make a great Meme. You can't believe how bad it is and un friendly to the customer. Every option they give your, routes you to a call center in ****, where they have no authority to help with anything and are very hard to understand. I Can't believe how bad this company is to do business with when you have anything out of the ordinary happen. We moved. They will not help get my account sorted out and keep transferring me back and fourth between different people. They were already supposed to take care of two large bills from May that ****** said we're already paid then I got the bill notice sent to me. While trying to resolve this with WellCare has been a nightmare and it's still not getting resolved. WORST customer service. What's the point in having insurance if they aren't even doing their jobs.

Horrible! What are the odds that I call on 8/30/23 and speak to Chevy Telebangco who tells me that I have a refund due. And reach out to Wellcare again on 9/7/23 and speak to Chevy Telebangco again. Is there only one name associated with this company? Asked about my refund and if it has been processed, to which Chevy states let me put you on hold for 2-3 minutes while I check the information we have on file. 10 minutes later he explains there is no refund due and that there is a premium coming up in September. I have not been able to register on the WellCare site, and I have not been able to acquire medical care. When calling there are long waits, customer service representatives who to not understand and language barriers

Horrible lying crooks are fining people for not having Obama care they definitely need to be investigated . Can't get rid of them and they take money directly out of our social security! Hidden charges after you are accepted into their SCAM!

They called from Jan to May asking to transfer from ******** to them. I said no each time and they transferred me anyway. I asked to be transferred back and they have been calling me every week about 2-3 times a week trying to change my mind non stop. I just want my old insurance back and I should have the right to make the decision. Them calling so much seems like harassment.
