I have made every attempt to disenroll for ****, following every procedure required per their website and phone communications, as well as a phone call directly to ********* Apparently it is like 'Hotel California', you can sign-up, but you can never leave. HORRIBLE!!!The service provided; the customer service is deplorable. When they transfer you, you end up on hold for several minutes, then a "supervisor" opens the line, and the nightmare continues. HORRIBLE - now going on over an hour, multiple calls, agents, etc. I'd give this a negative star rating, but unable per the method of logging complaints. I'm still waiting for my $100 ******* gift card that I am supposed to receive for completing Wellcare's Annual Wellness appointment. It has been over six months. Every time I call Wellcare about it they just say that there is a delay and I should get it soon. Still waiting.Also, I tried to use the Dental coverage, but I am not in their system. Horrible customer service! I had to make 3 phone calls to get a mail order prescription filled. The first call I was transferred to 4 different reps who obviously dont know how to do their job with the last one saying he would call me back- he didnt. I am a single senior female on a Medicare Gap plan to which I pay handsomely and I ended up with a substandard drug plan. Wellcare should not be handling seniors healthcare, nor anyone. They don’t run a normal ethical business. I just joined Wellcare. The benefits are better than my previous plan at Humana, but they are next to impossible to use.I am not thrilled that I have to go for a security check each and every time that I log into the account, and when I get into the website, it is dysfunctional. You suck you drop peoples benefits without telling them like my $58.03 times a year for over-the-counter and can’t even get a sonogram that is preventative for breast care without getting charged 500 bucks.
