Always 200-300 callers ahead of mine. Really? Do NOT trust this company! Terrible customer serivice! Floor liners smell like sour grass! Took them out and washed them and aired out the car. Existing carpet in new car now smells like sour grass! Entire family owns Weathertech.... never an issue. Something has gone very wrong with this company!

I have been trying for 3 days to returned an item. You just can’t get a customer service representative to get a returned authorization number. The products are nice but customer service is the worst. In addition I can’t even get an email response....

To Whom It May Concern, Last week before Christmas my wife were out running errands and it got real warm so I decided to open the back windows. As soon as my left rear window opened my wife and I hear a loud pop/crack kind of sound. I looked in my outside mirror and noticed something flying near my truck, then it dawned on me that it was my left rear side window deflector. I ordered a cup phone holder on December 9. It's now almost a month later and we haven't seen any phone holder, even though the $33.98 was deducted from my credit card about 10 hours after I sent the order by email. If it were possible, I would rate this transaction in negative stars. This is a scam. Don't fall for it, Friends.

Seriously? Not what we THINK, but what we know. Ordered the incorrect item for Christmas gift and attempted a return. Weathertech makes this a PUNITIVE exercise at best. SERIOUSLY?!?!?! We are 48 minutes on hold simply for return authorizations number. SERIOUSLY?!?!?! And, still waiting. Honestly, it feels like we are being punished for a simple request. What? I’ve called customer service on 6 occasions on 3 different days and the call que is 230 plus calls waiting for service each time. Three of the times I called, after a few minutes on hold the line disconnects. I’ve completed the online request for a return authorization number with the explanation, I received a cupfone as a gift but I need to exchange for the correct sized cupfone. The online request had not been replied too, 10 business days.

I submitted a request for return code over a week ago. A WeatherTech rep was supposed to get back to me. Still waiting. Also on hold with 200 people ahead of me.

Our 84 year old mother gave each of her children and our spouses cup holders for Christmas. When we opened our packages, none of the packages had the key insert that allows you to adjust the holder to fit your vehicle. We tried to call WeatherTech, but where told there were 254 callers ahead of us. We gave up. We don't want to tell mom about the problem with her gift because it would upset her. What a waste.

Terrible Customer Service........WeatherTech makes it virtually impossible to return a product (mine is their CupFone). In order to make a return you have to obtain a "return authorization from the company (and pay postage), However there is no way to reasonably comply with this requirement. If you read the other reviews you will see that WeatherTech makes it either impossible or incredibly time consuming to communicate with them.
