This company customer service is horrible. I called trying to get a return label on wrong product received and was inline as 157 caller. I have tried both numbers and emails and get the run around. Order placed on line from Canada and shipped to Washington state. I really need to return one set of deflectors and will definitely go elsewhere for a replacement set

Have sent 3 Return Request Forms to return Christmas Gift and get same response each time that a Rep will be in touch with us shortly. 1st Dec 27-2nd Jan 1-3rd Jan 9.. Tried calling everyday since Dec 27 - all hours of day and get same as all others listed on this site - We are 242 in que. 189 in que. Cannot believe a company such as WeatherTech is treating it's customers like this. Would never recommend them to anyone. All we want to do is return an unneeded Christmas gift of a telephone cup holder.

Trying to return a phone holder for a couple of weeks. Can't get through on their customer service. I'm repeatedly told that I'm number 236 in line. Filled out the online return form. No response. I'm being to feel like this company is another unethical retailer.

I cannot even give a 1/4 of a star. Their Customer Service is not existent. Customers need to obtain an authorization number to return an item. Calling the Customer Service number - no matter what time of day has you in place to be answered after the 262 calls before you. The number shrinks and as you get into the 100's (50 minutes later) it disconnects you.

WeatherTech has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. You call the customer service phone number and there were hundreds of callers ahead of me, yes hundreds. So I decided to email them, it took six days to get a response, I have no idea how long it will take to get a refund on the item I am returning. Buyer beware, be sure what you order is the correct item.

Falsely advertised! Do not waste your money I purchased these liners for my new (to me) car. I have kids and I live in a state where we get snow and that means lots of mud. I spent the money to get the liners that are advertised as “laser measured for a perfect fit.” The front liners fit nicely. The rear liner, however, is a horrible disappointment. The covers for the posts are too far apart and there is no way for it to lay flat. They move around and are a tripping hazard to the kids getting in and out of the rear seats. I ... read more

Placed an order on 12/19/2019 for the CupFone with extension. As of today it still shows ordered by not shipped. Called last week and was #267 in the que and was on hold for 1h 8m and finally spoke with a customer service agent. Was told the card did not go through. Not sure why as this was an Amex gift card that was used. We never received a call or email stating this. Gave agent a different card to use and was told she would send the information to the appropriate department. On Jan 4th saw a charge for $1 on credit card. ... read more

All the warning signs were there. Their website stated that 99% of all orders ship within 72 hours. Then the ambiguous caveat. If you happen to be one of those rare and unfortunate individuals in the 1% it could take 5-7 Business Days plus an additional 5 business days shipping. Translation - your order should take 72 hours but it also could take over 400 hours. If you believe the 99% marketing hype I have a bridge to sell you. I am looking to return a duplicate cup holder received for Christmas. They’re return process is the most asinine iv’e ever dealt with. Calling to get an authorization number I was 134th in line... I’ve sent 2 requests via email and have yet to get a response. Unacceptable... I will never buy it recommend Weathertech.
