Ordered a car seat for my F150 Did not fit well and want to return, Cannot get a representative to get back to me . Been working on a return for over 3 weeks

I am EXTREMELY upset with this company and its customer service. I paid for a CupPone product what supposedly was delivered on Nov. 23rd, and I HAVE NOT gotten anything. I have tried several time to get a response, and NOT ONE reply back. This is TOTALLY unacceptable and taking money for orders and not delivering them or responding to emails, is theft as well. I DO NOT HAVE my product and I am not happy with your company at all, so now i'm out that money.

The products are good but God forbid you need to return anything or need any special request. Customer Service is either with huge number of calls waiting (250+) with a 2 hour wait or simply hangs up on you after a message saying they cannot take your call. I had the most difficult time getting a return authorization. I shipped the items back and received a delivery confirmation from one week ago and nothing has happened. Nothing. No email. We received a return back for the front floorliners and credit was issued on 12/30/19 for 116.55.
I ordered floor liners for the front and back seats and a cargo liner for the back of my 2018 Porsche Cayenne. None fit exactly though the cargo liner is pretty close. The front mats extend all the way to the door and cover up the Cayenne logo strips. The rear floor liner is missing the snaps to hold it down and is 2" higher than the floor tunnel, so fits loosely. I apologize for the delay in any responses. The Front Floorliners are made to go up and over the step shield to protect debris from getting on the carpet. The rears have dome overs going over the grips in the floor. I understand your frustration and you are not happy with the product. I will send you Federal Express prepaid labels to return the items as well as issue a full refund when the product is returned.
I have been trying to call customer service to initiate an exchange for over a week now. Every time I call there are over 200 callers in the queue. The customer service really should be better for how expensive their products are. I would not recommend ordering directly from their website at all. They're useless.

Will never purchase from Weather Tech again. Customer service is non existent. I need to return my purchase. Every time I call Customer Service to request an RMA I'm told there are 247 calls ahead of me! I sent an e-mail to customer service. Got an automated reply that someone would contact me. No one has contacted me. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I will be calling my bank to report fraud.

I ordered front and back floor liners plus the gift bags for my mom as a Christmas present. (I knew they could be late, but that was okay). A $240 purchase. I ordered 2 cupholder cell phone holders on 12/16/19. I got an email confirming my order. I never got an email saying they had been shipped. I sent an email on December 20 asking about my order.
