Ordered 2 products on 12/16 and told they would arrive by 12/23. It's 12/28 and still nothing. I've tried 3 or more times to call and each time they say there are 200 or more callers in front of me. Will never order anything again.

I recently called Weathertech about all my floor mats ( front and back ) rolling on the edges. The mats tend to curl inward on the edges defeating the purpose of the mats Weathertech told me to put something heavy on the edges. Did not work. Still curling. Sent them pictures of the issue and have not heard from them. A LOT OF MONEY TO SPEND ON A PRODUCT THAT DOES NOT WORK!!!!!!!!! Very dissatisfied with weathertech

No customer service, no response. Purchased the ‘cup phone’ on Dec 20 with 2-3 day shipping. I check daily the shipping updates and as of today, Dec 27, it has not even shipped yet. I have contacted customer service twice and no response. Will never buy from this company again.
I agree with everybody's co plaint this 2019 Holidays season. They didn't send any item on time, although expedited shipping was paid. Their recorded phone message says 250 callers are ahead. I was waiting for an hour to talk, probably they expect people to give up. No explanation was given, just that the cup phone holder is on back order, no date for shipping. Awful customer service.Dont order anything!

I placed My order on 12/16/19, I paid $15 and some change for 3 day shipping, as my order was suppose to be a Christmas gift for someone. I have Never received my order. Today is 12/26/19 and my order hasn’t even been shipped yet. I’ve tried called this company every single day for the last week, every single time I call It says there is 266+ callers ahead of me. I ordered some of their product on 12/18, with 3 day delivery in time for Christmas, and immediately received a confirmation. On 12/23, I checked order status, as I hadn’t received it. Their website said my order # didn’t exists. I called customer service and was placed on hold. I was number 187 in the queue.. I ordered a phone holder for my father-in-law that required no customization a week ago. I was getting concerned that it hadn’t arrive yet with Christmas being 2 days away. Ordered a cupFone on 12/11, by 12/22 only has "in progress" as a status on my order. Guess I'm not getting my gift in time for the holiday. What really got me, I spent 30 minutes (79 customers in front of me) on the phone waiting for customer service, when I finally got to speak to someone, he took my order number and then the call was disconnected. What kind of customer service is that?! I called today and the wait queue was 280+ customers in front of me.

Ordered the new cup order on Dec 16th.....with expedited 3 day shipment. On December 23rd I had not heard from the company. So after HOLDING on the phone for 1 HOUR and 50 MIN The CSR basically said you can cancel or we can take of 6.00 and ship in in Mid January 2020. Very sad communication from this company.
