This company has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I have tried to request several return service requests and haven’t heard anything. When you try to call there are over 250 people in line ahead of you. It’s impossible to get a hold of them . Wondering if I have to contact my back to report fraud.

I recently had a near death experience using new floorliners from Weather Tech. The driver side floor liner stuck to gas pedal and I couldn't stop! While the pedal was stuck my car kept going faster and faster, I was using the brake at the same time to try not crash and also not damage my car.

Customer has been in touch with our Customer Service department and the liner is coming back to us and we are issuing a credit. We will send to our PD department for inspection.
I emailed WeatherTech and got 0 response. I spent about $500 with them this holiday season on mats, cargo liner, and deflectors. The front window deflectors I paid $100 for did not fit and broke after I followed the instructions exactly. Not a good experience and I would not recommend.

I am sorry you had an issue with installation but we can send you a return label for the Side Window Deflectors and issue a full refund when they are returned. We will email the label to the email provided above.
Placed order on December 6th 2019. Tried calling company December 14th and 15th to try and cancel order or stop shipping. We were 127th caller. Unbelievable! Then got disconnected many times. Emailed them too with still no response. Will never ever order from them. Trying to get a hold of someone is near impossible!!!

They sell products that do not fit a 2020 Traverse Redline and steal your money, you will see below. Purchased mud flaps and hood protector. The mud flaps do not do not fit the 2020 Traverse Redline Edition, not sure about the hood protector but wasn't taking a chance with the cheap tape on it. The fronts flaps fit, but the rears will not line up the way the holes are drilled on the flap. Laser cut does not mean they are cut properly. As a customer for many years I ordered a complete set for 2019 Lincoln Navigator (very expensive). The front mats covered the illuminated "Lincoln" on the door sill. So, when the door was opened "Linc" was all that was visible. I wrote to WT regarding the issue and the email response basically said "good luck" no semblance of an offer to address the issue nor correction. Bought car seat covers. When tried they did not fit sad cause they seem nice. Return at the store and still waiting on refund. So I guess the person at the said it could take few days byt a week seems a bit long. So wondering if I will get the money back. Certainly will update if it does come back or if I will have to seek a charge back

In 2016 I purchased Window deflectors for the front and side windows. I followed the instructions exactly. They rattled almost immediately. Through phone calls and emails I was sent new tape to reinstall. It was winter weather so I waited to install in warm weather. Again the deflectors became loose. Purchased this overpriced cup holder because it was "Weathertech", for a birthday gift. Turned out to be slightly too small for the phone. I called their customer service, and I use THAT term loosely. The person on the phone gave me a number to put on my return...AT MY EXPENSE. $8.00 shipping to get it here and now who knows how much to ship it back.
