Problems with shipping. Customer Service is terrible. Still trying to track down my missing packages.

Disabled Veteran, ordered floor mats for my ***** Cruze online. Got them as promised went to install and didn't fit. I called customer service, explained... they said you did t check limited when you ordered, its your fault. So I asked if they will send a return label. I was told that i have to pay for it myself. The problem with on line companies is that it is easy for them to be deceptive in advertising. I purchased a cargo liner for my 2016 *****MDX assuming it would fit the flooring in the same shape as the car. Unfortunately, although it "fits" the space, it doesn't match the shape of the compartment. Even the box showed an image of the mat with a curved shape at the door. After re-examining the pictures I found pictures showing the mat without the shape that matches the car. It will work unless the exposed area receives damage.... read more

Ordered weather tech floorliners in August 2017.... Shipping was fast.. installation was easy. Fit was awesome. Almost 19 months later noticed a peeling in a wear area. Emailed weather tech sent pics... 36 mins later they responded by sending a replacement . Best product and best service I've seen ever... There will be weather techs in every car I own from this day forward. Way to represent the USA..

I ordered a set of floor liner for my ******es s-450 previously, which fit pretty well so ordered trunk liner again. But this does not fit my car and it is too short for my car. I sent the pictures as they requested but they said it's a correct part. They said it's laser measured and cut but this does not fit. I requested the refund but they refused to refund shipping fee because they sent right one which is not right and I am just not happy with their product. I should have read other reviews here first. I have talked with the CSR and the part the Customer received is correct and we do apologize if it is not fitting the Customers MB S450 as snug as he would like. I believe our website does mention that there may be a gap behind the 2nd seat due to manufacturer variances and that we have no control over. The CSR did email the Customer a FedX Return tag to send the Cargo liner back. I will add to his profile to issue a credit for his original shipping he paid on the Cargo liner on the way out. Weathertech is not the company they claim to be. I ordered a cargo liner for my daughter's new 2018 CRV as part of her Christmas present. I let her have it early so she wouldn't get her cargo area messed up. Well Weathertech claims that their product is laser cut. We even called Weathertech to see if we installed it correctly. We did. The cargo mat was too large and the door on her CRV wouldn't close. I called and they allowed me to return it and they were baffled it wouldn't fit. Part #40992 is when the cargo area is in the lowest position and the #40997 when it is the highest position. I am sorry this did not work for you and I will refund your original $18.00 shipping.
I recently purchased mats for my 2018 ***** CRV, based on the fact my family has long been purchasing WeatherTech mats for all kinds of vehicles. I did not choose to get the ***** branded mats, as we have been impressed with the quality of WeatherTech mats and wanted to remain loyal to the business. I've purchased weathertech mats for numerous vehicles over the years. So when I purchased my new F150 late last year it was anot obvious choice to go with weathertech. Fast forward to about 4 months ago. My drivers side front mat (spent over 350 on weathertech site for full set frt and rear) started "curling" up under the drivers side door. I hose them off about once a month to get whatever dust and such has collected. I can have the warehouse pull a part and we can double check to make sure all is correct and send out a replacement.
