I purchased Weathertech front car mats through Amazon for a birthday gift. I ordered early to avoid any shipping or product delays.The issue is with the return process at Weathertech. I learned my gift would be a duplicate, so I needed to return the floor mats (by mail). The product had never been used, the box had never been opened. After buying Weathertech floor and trunk liners for my four vehicles, I will not buy for my fifth.Trunk liner for my 2020 e-golf has a overall loose fit (will slid around leaving gaps) as well as a complete gap of coverage in passenger side rear corner.I requested some of my cost to be refunded due to this poorly engineered product and was only offered a refund if I paid return shippinghardly the type service and product quality weathertechs marketing would suggest.My next car I will try ****** - which also appears to be a *... read more

I have been trying to reach out to Weather Tech customer support for the past few days about my floor mats. I have a full set of floor mats for my **** F-250. They are approximately 1-2 years old. The floor mats have become very sticky and gross and they literally feel like the rubber is melting away. I have tried contacting customer to help me resolve this issue and look for a solution but the only responses I get are ads for their Weather tech branded cleaner, it works great. This is a terrible, overpriced product with zero customer service. Weathertech never returned my call or e-mail about the expensive car mats ($180) I purchased for my Kia Sorrento. The mats were unclean and didn't fit well enough to use. A waste of money poor business on their part. Their policy states that once the package is opened, it can't be returned. "

Horrible customer service. Manager us assuming without knowing the facts. They are charging my card x2. My order was paid in full I order a sun shade full custom kit on April 1st. Today is May 13 they sold me a item that was out if stock. Now its in stock and they are attempting to charge my card again for the kit thats now in stock. I have customer invoices and bank statements to prove my order was paid in full. I bought thus item because of the high quality brand. I expected high quality service. I was wrong

Absolute worst customer service of any company I've dealt with. And I thought ******** was bad, but these people are useless. I placed an order with a gift card on April 23rd, didn't hear anything from them. Submitted a help request on their website, didn't hear anything. Called in and they claimed the gift card had no value. I was told I would receive a call back, I never received one. I called back in and tried using another Weathertech gift card and they said it was fine. I look at my order on 5/6/21 and it was canceled. ... read more

I purchased window guards for my 2020 f150 and they were too long. After installation, which was very easy, there was a ***** in my rubber trim because the guard is too long for the window. I modified the 2 front guards so they now fit but now there's a ***** and also not sure if they are going to stay in place. Bad design and really didn't want to modify for the price I paid and expected them to be perfect since it's Weathertech. Wouldn't buy these again. Big let down Weathertech. "

Have bought several sets of WeatherTech mats and trunk liners in the past. This time the shipping took longer than normal, maybe not their fault but it came without the mounting hardware for the mats. Receipt says it was included and shipped, nothing in the box. Already been a week since I ordered but mistakes happen, email them and ask for a replacement. Got a response that they have "setup to have the retention sent out to you".
