I've been dealing with a simple return since December 30, 2019. Yes, that is 3 MONTHS ago, and my tracking confirms that the product return was received and signed for in Mid-January. Multiple emails and calls to various individuals, with zero resolution. Well, let me back up. They did issue a credit, but to the wrong address in Virginia when I live in Georgia, despite my CLEAR directions included in writing with the return! I bought the generic floor mats from ****** for my 2008 Mustang. Little did I know that my accelerator would end up getting stuck on the drivers side mat causing damage to my car. After having it towed to the dealer and $2250 later, it is now drivable again but I WILL NOT, under any circumstance, recommend or use these in my car ever again. I could've been in a very serious accident and lost my life, all due to a floor mat! There needs to be a warning on this product warning of this possibility.

All of our Universal Mats have a set of retention devices included with the packaging as well as instructions on the header card. The retention devices need to be placed in the vehicle after removing original floormats from the Manufacturer.. Not sure who you purchased from and what was not included in the packaging but when they leave our warehouse this is all included.

Ordered their most expensive floor mats (FloorLiner) for my new 2019 Ford F250 SD. Material seems OK, and the laser cut is OK. However, why they would fold this type of mat to insert it into a smaller box is beyond me. There are two creases on the rear mat and the PAX front mat looks like it was warped; they had no padding in the box and these mats were just thrown in it and sent which took about 8 days to arrive. I noticed you ordered on the 28th of February and the items were delivered on the 6th of March and there was a one day FedX weather delay. You ordered a variety of items and the shipping charge was just not for the floorliners but all the items. I have issued a credit for the shipping of $34.00 for the inconvenience..

I purchased an item during Cyber Five, assuming it’d ship within the week. After two weeks, the product still hadn’t shipped, so I called on three different occasions to cancel the order, since it wouldn’t be delivered in time for me to gift it as intended. Ordered cup phone holder as a gift in December. Took longer than it was supposed to, but rec'd it in time for Christmas. Note: it arrived with no external wrap; mailing label on box with full description and item photo; so much for a surprise. I purchased 2 door protectors and a bullet aluminum plate holder Over $200.00 worth of products for my car on Dec. 4th. There website says that they ship 99% of orders within 72 hours. I have called and been on hold for 30 minutes at a time and never get through. I have emailed them 3 times with no response. Finally today Jan 23rd and he said that my address was wrong. My ordered was placed on 02Jan2020. I have tried to get my authorization number to return my order, but as of today, 20Jan2020, I have not received my RA or any other email correspondence. In the email I received they stated to not send any additional requests due to their increase in work volume, and I would be contacted as soon as they had the time. Ordered 1 phone holder 1 month ago. No word as to when I can expect item. Ordered it for Christmas gift. Here it is January 17. All I get is "in progress." Tried to call customer service with 200-plus callers ahead of me. Paid $60. At this point if I ask for a return -- how is that supposed to happen -- when will I get my refund. NO NO NO NO NO . I wish now I'd gone to auto parts store and bought something from there. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I thought WeatherTech was a reputable company. WRONG.

I purchased an incorrect item from WeatherTech and have tried to return it by both completing an on-line return form to receive an RMA number and then calling them when no email response from the on-line for occurred. I have called multiple times to the customer service number and have been on hold for more than an hour only to hear that there are are 143 other callers ahead of me. This inability to return an item seems to be a business technique to increase their sales and not provide any relief or honor their return policy... read more
