I recently ordered a small order from WeatherTech just to see how their ordering process was and their customer service . I ordered a license plate cover . It showed a price of $14.95 which I thought was reasonable until I checked out online on their own website and saw they were charging me an additional $10 for shipping and handling , which is rediculous since it didn’t weigh anything! I ordered front and rear window deflectors for my 2020 *********** Limited. The front deflectors installed beautifully, not one problem. Not the same for the rear. The clips that weathertech sent did not seem to fit the way weathertech claims they should. Thinking I was doing something wrong, I watched the videos again, and still the clips didn't fit, the gasket that they are supposed to slide behind and in front of are to wide for the narrow clips provided. Their backseat cover for a 2020 **** ***** ******* does NOT stay put thus defeating the purpose of having it in the first place. I emailed the company and have not heard a single solitary thing from them. For the price point at which they have this set at, this seat cover ought to fit like a glove, I may as well have thrown a blanket over my back seat and tucked it into the crevice where the seats fold down, I may have had better luck with coverage and protection. We apologize for the inconvenience but this product is a semi-custom product and does offer seat protection. I could not find an order in the system for the seat protectors nor that you had emailed sales@weathertech.com. We are more than willing to take back the product if you purchased from us directly. Purchased item advertised as it will cover footwells, but it did not. Called company and was informed that the measurements of my vehicle do not allow for this to be possible. Images on website are deceptive because it shows them as actually covering footwells for newer more expensive model and for my vehicle model and year and no footwell covering for the less expensive model.

I belive you have a 2015 Ford Explorer and we cover as much area as we possibly can up the firewall area. Since the Ford Explorer has a recessed area we do not go up and over the stepshield and our picture on the Website shows that area. If the floor is even with the Stepshield we will cover that area. I apologize for the inconvenience.

I purchased rain cards for my car windows and they was installed correctly the ones on back keep falling off and the one on passenger front also comes loose they had no adhesive strips and they don't do the purpose very very dissatisfied with them for the price I paid will never order anything from them again rather go to a auto part store and deal with them at least if I have a problem with anything I can take product back to the store and they fix the problem.
I ordered front and rear laser fit liners for my car when I received them my front liners fit but my rear liners did not fit. I was in communication with Debbie *********or something and she kept telling me that those where the liners for my Vehicle when I sent her pictures and videos of how they didn't fit she said she could not view them for some reason so I just said don't worry about I just wouldn't ever recommend weathertech to anyone. I bought car coasters for my F 150. None of them fit and I had to trim them so they did nto buble. I wrote a review on the Weathertech site several times and it was never posted. I called and asked why and they said a guy had to approve them. So they are cherry picking the reviews and not letting the public see all the reviews. I have bought many things from them in the past and expected this to be the same quality. It was not. You need to let people see all the reviews and not cherry pick.
I got the cup protectors and they did not fit. I had to trim everyone of them to get them to not bubble. I posted an honest review several times and they would not post it. I called and the guy said he has to approve them to be posted. So they cherry pick the ones they want seen.
