I ordered 2 floor mats for my husbands truck in early Dec. He just didn't like them. I looked up the process to return them. I waited several times on the phone with each time at least 180 plus callers ahead of me. No mention of how long the wait might take. One time I waited down to caller number 22 only to get disconnected. You can imagine my frustration. I have emailed to get the return order # I need to return the product. I ordered the ******* for my vehicle. When I finally received it, it was not wide enough to hold my phone (******* Galaxy *** **). I sent an email to them about the issue, and received an auto reply that someone would be contacting me shortly. Well, a couple of weeks later, that never happened, so I sent a second email to them. I received a set of floor mats for my Infinity QX 60 for Christmas and found that the second row mats did not fit the built in clamps in the vehicle. The holes in the mats were at least 4 inches off. I called customer service about the misfit and was told to take pictures and forward to them via email. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I put in an order on 1/4 and paid a whopping $27 for shipping, which is a total joke. Their response for their shipping charges is laughable, trying to pull the wool over customers eyes. For 3-4 items that would fit a typical box. If it was large or heavy items, that I would totally be ok with it and understand the charge. The only reason I took the plunge was because it was a gift certificate. I ordered cupphone in 12-20. Got an email stating the order had been processed and my card had ben charged. I also paid for 2 day shipping. I emailed them 4 times with no response, called 3 times ( with over 200 people in front of me) and didn’t have time to wait an hr. I finally called back today and got through for them to tell me there was a problem with my card and they always email customers with this problem. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Ordered floormat set and a cargo liner on 12/10/19. A few days later box was delivered with cargo liner only and packing slip that said floorliners would ship separately. I tried to find out online when that would be but website is severely lacking. Tried calling only to be put on hold with 285 customers ahead of me. After waiting on hold over an hour, I was told floorliners were on backorder and no date was given to expect shipment. I would not use this company. I have sent 2 emails regarding why my order was placed and not shipped. I have not heard anything back from them and when you call customer service is a joke. 63 callers ahead of me. My order was placed on 12/19/19 and has not even shipped yet. This is unacceptable behavior coming from a company that guarantees 99% of shipping out the door in 2-3 days. This company should not be able to do business over the internet.

My ordered was placed in Dec 2019. I have been trying to get a authorization number to return an item since they do not accept rejected or returned items without one. I submitted a request online Twice with absolutely no response. I have also mailed their sales department in attempt to get a hold of ANYONE there. I have called numerous times and been on hold each time for over thirty mins with customer service just to have their phone system disconnect me without ever talking to anyone. I ordered mats for my new SUV on 12/27/19. I never received an email acknowledging my order but could find my order number on their website. As of 1/11/2020, I have not received them. I've tried emailing their customer service department, no response. I've tried calling 3 times but wasn't willing to wait in line with 165 other callers.
