i am very dissatisfied with the services that was provided from the service dept. on sept 12 my car broke down and i had the vehicle towed in to their service dept. sept 13 i was contacted that i needed a battery due to the car didn't start. but no battery test was done to conclude that was the issue. then the adviser called me back and said the battery was tested at 12 voltage but, the amp was only at 107 and the amp needed to be over 600 to start the car. so they then found the mt vehicle was extremely low on oil and state... read more

Napleton's is as sleazy as they come! Let me tell you about my experience at Napleton Nisson of St. Louis. These guys are a bunch of crooks and tried to shove their mistake off on me and it almost worked. They bought a **** without A/C and then tried to sell it to me without telling me. Sleazy move all the way around. I talked to 6 people there about that **** including the regional manager, none of them mentioned that the **** did not have air which comes standard on this model. RIDICULOUS THAT I HAVE TO PUT ONE STAR WHEN IT SHOULD BE NEGATIVE STARS! One month after purchasing my car there, I received a follow up email from Bob ******** asking how it was going. Do not buy your Hyundai here. -Experiences in life teaches you many things ( i'm 61) one of them is to prep your car dealer before you come in,(Not my first rodeo). WORST car buying experience in my entire life. If I could give this place negative stars it would be negative 35 at best. I purchased a used car thinking that it was ***** and it is more reputable than a buy here pay here place located in Florida. Was I wrong! Unbelievable how poor customer service is. I have tried to reach out to the Honda dealership in St. Peter’s Missouri and no one has contacted me from the finance department. They have screwed up my paperwork and now because of this my van I traded in is showing 38 days late on my credit report. Mind you the transaction was done over 36 days ago without payoff submitted by the dealership. I have tried to contact the finance department and no response back. Truck advertised as Certified Pre-Owned on the Chevrolet website, including details of the coverage. Sat through "negotiations" and an attempt to use their financial partner (resulting in a hard inquiry on my credit) even though I was preapproved with my own credit union at a better rate. Sit down to sign papers and the warranty comes up, they say it's "certified ready" but the warranty will cost extra. Total lack of honesty and integrity, and they negotiated in bad faith. They are horrible! I will never deal with them again if I have any choice. We purchased a used vehicle. Upon leaving, the vehicle was not fully clean, the tire pressure was low, the representative went to get gas but only gave us 1/4 tank and we were only given 1 key. The key happened to be bent and the vehicle needed an alignment. We spoke to the sales manager and he insisted we return to this dealership-even though it was not convenient- for the alignment.
