Never done business with them and never will they have been bombarding me with emails of the idiot on TV bam baby I have called them countless times a Jody that sends she is always gone most likely a bogus name I asked for the General manager they will never let me complain its always the Sales manager. HORRIBLE SALES EXPERIENCE: My recent experience with Napleton Infiniti of Macon was the worst I have ever experienced in my life. The salesman was awesome. No complaints. Kia Napleton Northlake Blvd, They deal with you in a fraudulent mentality , they have no customer satisfaction. I bought a 2017 Kia Cadenza in June of 2018 in February of 2019 I realize my tiers was worn down and need to be change. I took my concern to Napleton, Kia talk to six deferent people and they gave me the round a round. I am mechanically inclined with cars I know for a fact that I could have not worn down all 4 tiers in 7 months with 15 thousands miles in 7 months. I will never ever step into this dealership again; the most dishonest and corrupted sales dept. I have ever encountered. I went it to look at a 2019 Ram and a 2018 F150. I finally decided on the Ram . To my surprise, the sale price as MUCH more than the advertised price! They added so many fees and $1300 Napleton package which they insisted i must take since it came with all cars. Seriously? Bought s car they confirmed the price at 13,400 with an extended warranty. Drove it loved it and when I went to pick it up - the added the additional warranty for an additional $3,600. What a SCAM...... I cannot believe this place!
On May 8th applied to napleton hyundai of carmel for a car. I explained my credit situation immediately. My sales lady JANAE asked for a pay stub May 9th. I sent the pay stub over via email and text message. She then proceeded to tell me that I have been approved for a car but not a specific one. I told her I would put $500 down on the car and was interested in a Sonata. Later the same evening she told me I was approved on the Sonata. Purchased an Equinox with Nick B****** back in October on 2018, very easy process told him what I needed to be at for a payment and what I was looking for. Sat down with me and told me my options we picked out the perfect Equinox for myself and my Fiance. Overall easy process and painless took little to no time at all and my Fiance and I left satisfied with our purchase.
This dealership ripped me off we agreed on a deal on paper for a certain amount that would work for the both of us and in the contract they tricked me and switched it up and left me paying way too much for a vehicle to the point where I can't even provide for my family because I'm stuck with this debt
I urge extreme caution when doing business with this dealership. They “scam” you with their add on fees. “T.J” (Thomas ********) the sales manager, and my sales person Dave *******, offered an attractive deal by promising to waive the “Predelivery service charge” and the “Document processing fee” totaling $1100. When it came time to see the finance person and finalize the deal, they tell you it is illegal to waive those fees but they will build it into the numbers as increased value of your trade-in, or decreasing the price ... read more
