We set up an appointment to see a car. When we arrived to the appointment, the car was mysteriously not there, supposedly out at another dealership getting its computer updated. The experience that my daughter and I had at Napleton is so antithetical to my prior experiences at other Hyundai dealerships. Every time I’ve taken my car in for a repair to the East Colonial location, at a very costly price, they have broken something else and tried to get away with not repairing it. They broke both of my electronic key fobs, then a console, and today, after a very costly repair, the gear shift. Does no one check on these places? They absolutely refused to replace the key system. “Just use your regular key!” We’ve had four figure repairs made only to pull out and have an oil light come on. Never again.
How do they get an A+ rating with so many very low reviews from customers?!?!
I am writing in regards to their service department. I purchased a Chrysler 200 brand new from them in 2012 and purchased the extended warranty. In 2015 the heater was only blowing hot air on the driver's side. I took it and was told that it was the heater core. They claim to have changed it and gave me an invoice that they said they replaced it and charged the entire job of ($1200) to the warranty. I am writing in to regards to the Kia Dealership in Elmhurst, I had a very bad experience with the sales team when i initially bough the car in 2016, at that time I let it pass but now again with the service department I had a bad experience where customer service does not exist, I had issue with my car where the shift handle was getting stuck on the PARK, i would manually need to release it with using the small shift release using a screw driver every time i needed to drive!! Awful business, i brought my truck in with a number of problems one of which i knew the cure for and thats the only thing that they fixed. When i picked it up after it was supposed to be fixed i had my 16 month old son with me and we broke down on the side of the 95 south and we didn't even make it to blue heron and the only thing they offered was a ride back to the dealership while we waited on a tow truck. they didnt offer any of my money back or anything and showed no remorse for the situation i was left in due to them ne... read more
Took advantage of my two 80 year old parents. Just one example,was they told my parents their old car could be used as a trade in-what happened was they lied. The old car wasn't used as a trade in. So now my parents are stuck with a new one and one that doesn't work. You know why the old one doesn't work? Customer satisfaction does not exist with Napleton. I purchased a Certified used car and one of the keys and the owners manual were missing. The salesman said they would get the key from the previous owner and send it, but they don't print the manuals anymore. After two months of follow up calls, the salesman said these were not part of the deal and hung up. I subsequently wrote to the dealer general manger several times with no reply.
