I think people should be careful when purchasing a aftermarket warranty through this dealership. I Purchased a full coverage warranty and all the paperwork was screwed up my vehicle has been sitting at a dealership for a week now fixed and I cannot pick it up because the warranty company is disputing the repair due to the dealerships paperwork. I saw an online ad from ********** and ******* *** for a ******** Q60 at this dealership for $28900. I called to inquire about the car and the next day the car was listed for $29800. I was told to take a picture of the ad and email it and it’ll be taken to the manager. It’s been two days and no one can seem to find the manager. Negative 5 Stars I give to Ed Napleton Acura located at *** * **** ****Elmhurst, Il 60126. In a nutshell, the organization just had my email address and traced my address without my knowledge and sent me an email pretty much alluding 'We know where you live'. I find this as a serious threat against my family's safety. I want to bring to light a situation I had with Napelton's Dodge Jeep Dealer and the advertising tactic they use. I live approximately two hours away and through a search on the internet they had a new vehicle posted for approximately $7000 less than any competitor or dealer. I was very interested and contacted them through the internet via customer request form. Zero Stars! (I has to put one for this to post) These people are scam artists! I co-signed an auto loan for my boyfriend. I was told by the salesman that he was the primary and I was the secondary, as it should be since it was his car. Found out this morning (2 years later) that I am the primary on the car. The bank where we have the loan said there was nothing they could do about and that Napleton scammed me because my credit was better. I will never do business with these hacks again!

One star only because I can't give less. Went there last night prepared to buy a used car we had already picked out on-line. Drove an hour to get there and wasted our time and money. I must say though, the car salesman Felix was great; I felt bad for him and the position he was put in. Felix, you get 5 stars! If I could give this Dealership negative stars I would. I called to confirm that the vehicle that they advertised on their website was indeed on their lot and for the price they listed it at. I called 3 times, 3 consecutive days and was told that yes the car (2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee) was on the lot and that it was the price listed on the website.The last call was 2 hours before arriving. Was offered a specific car at a specific detailed price. Immediately accepted the offer and was informed the price was now almost $3000 more even though we had the offer in writing.

After having vehicle for 6 weeks they decided to threaten to have me arrested if I didn't turn in the car. Nothing due to anything being my fault but as I found out, it was due to the finance person screwing up, who had now been fired. Which leads me to believe that I'm not the only one on this situation.
