I took my Ram truck in to replace a bad wheel hub. The repair cost $1000. and the service adviser recommended $2000 in additional optional service which I declined. The repair took 6 days. When I picked up the vehicle, the parking brake handle was broken and the aftermarket audio system (hidden behind the seats and not visible from outside) were gone, with the wires cut. These guys advertised a 2018 Jeep G**** ******** ******for $24900. We went in and we were told by our salesman we qualified for another $500 Military discount. We then asked for our final out the door price. We were told $26,700. This took two hours. Then we were to meet with the delivery manager who sold us $1500 of additional warrantees. One more hour. Ripoff dealer. I was offered an extended warranty at $20/month x 60 months. My contract was written and I was charged $2600 for this warranty. Deceptive sales tactics and management refuses to leave their locked office when a complaint arises. I dealt with Bill in finance, total ripoff and he has no answers and just stutters over his words when asked to clarify what this $2600 covers. We purchased a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica in July. We purchasing the vehicle the sales side went well or so I thought. I would get a year of oil changes and car washes when ever I needed them.
