I can't say enough good things about this place , costumer service was impeccable Q the sales associate was so helpful and patience with all my request, he found me my dream car. Mario the manager made sure that everything went smooth with the deal and that I was happy. I'm so excited to be driving my brand new ****!!!! BAM BABY!!!

My name is Teresa... I went into Ed Napleton Honda of Oaklawn IL this Saturday for a scheduled oil change. While in the Service Department, the Service Tech told me I needed my filters replaced (in Cabin and out) $124 and my transmission fluid changed for an additional $99. I was ok with doing the oil change and transmission fluid, but, I told him I did not need the filters because I had them done right before Christmas. The sales tactics at this dealership are shady and deceptive. If I went into detail, this review would be too long. I will give one example: When I told the sales manager, Ken, that the finance officer, Darius, lied to me, he said, "It's your word against his." That was his defense. Wow. Typically, in customer service, you work to diffuse the customer, not ignite them.
This is a very unethical dealership. They had a used car advertised on ******** for a certain price. I called the dealer to confirm the price as well confirm it was a non smoking car. I told the sales manager this was important since I would be drive about an hour and a half. She confirmed price, fees and taxes on the phone and that it was a non smoking car. Great place for first time car buyer! I was recommended this lot by my local garage. Mechanic said he had many customers bring in vehicles from this lot for a pre-purchase inspection and they almost always were in good shape. After having a bad experience with poor quality vehicles sold at another "Bargain Lot" close to where I live...I was at bit skeptical. But so glad I went to this lot.
