I came for service on my car. First, when i came for my appointment for service on my car i had to call twice to check on the service on my car. My car was dropped off at 8:45 am. When i called at noon no one had looked at my car yet. Then i called again at 2pm to find out that the part needed to be ordered. When i get there to get my car the part wasn't ordered and i was told i refused the repair. I still ordered the part and had to prepay for it. They never called me to let me know the part arrived. We purchased a used car from Napleton's Arlington Heights Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM . It turned out that the car had some issues. So we went back to see if we could get our refund, since the car was just 1 week old. Typically at a car dealership it would be pretty much impossible to get a refund. Had a great experience with Avi ****** and Jody at Napleton's in Arlington Heights. They were very upfront with pricing and what came with the jeep that I purchased. Had a great experience when we purchased our 2013 Jeep Wrangler from Napleton last year. Salesman was not pushy and he answered all our questions. We requested an online quote from this Honda dealership on a new car. We were given a guaranteed price that seemed very reasonable. When we went to the dealership to purchase the car (the next day), the price had increased by $1500.
